Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of SAIL/ VIZAG/ TATA/ JINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M25 grade for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, using cement content as per design mix of make ACC/ULTRATECH/BIRLA/JAYPEE cement grade of OPC-43, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrator, curing by hassien cloth, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note:1. Concrete of M25 Grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum, No extra cost shall be payable for extra cement content. fly ash can be used as per requirement of design mix. fly ash availavle free of cost at silo palnt area but transporting by contractor. 2. Design mix has to be furnished by the cotractor before commencement of the work and cost to this effect will be brone by the contractor only. Low water cement ratio has to be maintained with addition of suitable admixture in the design mix. However no extra payment will be paid on account of this. All works up to plinth level

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m ), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, up to 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron " Y" SHAPED PLACED 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire tied to angle iron, all compete as per direction Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick ) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angel, C.C. blocks shall be paid seprately )
Providing and fixing with G.I. barbed wire Fencing to "Y" angle iron post placed at required distance every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately).
