Short Term Tender for Providing Transportation of Food Grains from KFCSC Godown to Taluka (Mundargi, Naragund, Ron, Naregal) Schools MDM GADAG District

Bidders should attach service experience regarding transportation of food grains in the last 2 years (2023-24 & 2024-25).

In case of sole proprietorship/partnership/company/society, they should attach a certificate of registration as per government rules.

Employees of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department of the State and Central Governments, and the Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies Corporation and their relatives and those in the Public Distribution System (PDS) Existing wholesale and rural transportation contractors are prohibited from participating in the tender. An affidavit in this regard is attached.

The tenderer should attach an affidavit stating that he does not own a fair price shop, grocery store or rice and wheat mill in his own name or in the name of his wife or children.

Sellers and commission agents of Agricultural Produce Marketing Committees (APMCs) have been prohibited from participating in the tender. An affidavit in this regard is attached.

Bidders should not have defaulted in their service/ should not have been blacklisted in this service. A self-certification in this regard should be provided.

Loading capacity of the lorry or mini lorry (between 6 Tons To 12 Tons)

The tenderers should obtain and attach a recent certificate from the respective District Deputy Director (Food and Civil Supplies Department) stating that they have no case under the Essential Commodities Act.

Certified copies of income tax returns for the last 2 years 2023-24 & 2024-25 must be submitted.

Attach a copy of GST registration and submit a document regarding the submission of GST RETURNS FILES for the last 2 years 2023-24 & 2024-25.

The bidders are financially sound and have a turnover of not less than Rs. 5,00,000 (Rs. Five Lakh) per annum. Attach copies of certified copies of inventory lists obtained from a registered Chartered Accountant (including the Chartered Accountant's UDIN number)
