Operation maintenance of sub-stations and Pumping machineries at Intake, Intermediate and Sindhap Water Treatment Plant sites under Darjeeling WS Pumping Scheme, P.H.E., Dte.

INTAKE PONT

6.3 MVA, 33 KV / 6.6 KV / 0.433 KV Subtation :-

Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 2X 6.3 MVA of Rating 33 KV / 6.6 KV / 0.433 KV sub-station (1 running + 1 under construction) with indoor type breaker, VCB 1250A (existing 1 no. single panel VCB + 1 no. 3 panel VCB to be installed), HV and LV panel boards, control panel board, on load tap charges including capacitor bank, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station's switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC. for 12 months. ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

Routine and periodical maintenance of existing and proposed to be installed LT & HT panel board, cable, capacitors, transformers, battery with battery charger, CTs & PTs, earthing system, all breakers, on load tap charger, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control fuses, cleaning of Isolators etc. as per direction of EIC. for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

Servicing and testing of all existing and proposed to be installed ACBs including LT panel board, checking of complete wiring of CTs and PTs with insulation of bus bar, regrassing the contacts and meters within ten days of contracts as direction by the EIC. (Twice in a year) for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022) a] All O/C, U/V, S/C relays. b] Calibration of all meters. c] ACBs shunt trip circuit.

Servicing, testing and calibration of the following IDMT, insantaneous and differential relays for all existing and proposed to be installed 33 KV / 6.6 KV breakers by any testing agency approved by WBSEB or Directt. Of Electricity Board as per direction of EIC. (Twice in a year) for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022) a] Non directional IDMT O/C and E/F with high set relays. b] M-pact SCB's release. c] Trans. Differential relays, d] All the auxiliaries realys. e] Bucholtz relay with alarm and trip. f] Shunt trip circuit. g] Alarm, trip and enunciator circuit. h] Calibration of all meters Test result should be submitted at the time of measurement.

Pumping Machinery :-

Labour charges for day to day operation of 3 nos. 1260 KW capacity pumping machineties (max two will be operated at a time and one will be stand by), operation of one no dewatering pumps and other electrical / mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un-skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC. for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motor, starters, valves with actuators control panel, dewatering pumps, LT distribution panel boards, cables, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, dismantling joints etc including replacement of control fuses, gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearing, pump bearing etc. as per direction of EIC. for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

Servicing, testing and calibration of 6.6 KV gear as 6.6 KV incoming gear, 3 nos. motor starter panel along with reactor and capacitors as per direction of EIC. (Twice in a year) for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

INTERMEDIATE PUMPING STATION

7.5 MVA, 33 KV / 6.6 KV / 0.433 KV Subtation :-

Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 2X 7.5 MVA of Rating 33 KV / 6.6 KV / 0.433 KV sub-station (existing and proposed to be installed) with indoor type breaker, VCB 1250A (existing single panel VCB + 3 panel VCB proposed to be installed), HV and LV panel boards, control panel board, on load tap charges including capacitor bank, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station's switch yard, control room, office room, toiletsetc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC. for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

800 KVA, 11 KV / 0.433 KV Subtation :-

Labour charges for day to day operation of 6 nos. 110 cub.m / hr capacity pressure filter (max two will be operated at a time and two will be stand by), Gaseous Chlorination System and other mechanical accessories including valves, rotameter and allied accessories by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un-skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

Inspection Vehicle :-

Depoyment of one inspection vehicle including fuel and driver (Preferable four wheel drive) for supervision of different stations (Intake at Cedar vally at an elevation of 806 mtr., Intermidiate at Kalej vally at an elevation of 1574 mtr., and treatment plant at Sindhap at an elevation of 2237 mtr.) also with collecion of water sample from different locations (street posts, Reservoires etc.) for testing at laboratary located at Sindhap as per direction of EIC. for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

Routine and periodic maintenance of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition System (SCADA) for different pumping Station (Intake, Intermediate and Boosting) by deploying Instrumentation Engineer experienced in handling Centralised Monitoring of process from the office of the Northern Mechanical Division, P.H.E. Dte. interlinked with RTU unit driven by 4G module of highest signal strength with Patented SCADA software and generation and storing of daily reports of all parameters from the system as well as, as and when required as per direction of EIC. for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)

Making payment of monthly data bill against 03(three) data connections viz. VODAFONE-9732349333 at Intake, AIRTEL-7063593570 at Intermediate and AIRTEL-7063593571 at Sindhap pumping station for maintainning uninterrupted data connection throughout the year. { N.B.- Mobile data bill be drawn as per actual measurement considering the bill amount before due date exculing any late payment fee.) for 12 months ( w.e.f 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2022)
