Annual Maintenance and upkeep of Archaeological garden at Excavated Remains, Near ASI Camp Office, Sri Suryapahar, Goalpara , Assam as enumerated in tender for the year 2025-26 as on required basis.

Description

The provision has been made for Complete maintenance of the following entire garden features as per generally acceptable standard yardstick in the entire garden area i.e. to include lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & Lawn mower and Brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of the officer in-charge(8660.58X4 months)

The provision has been made Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn / Garden area in six times in a year and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin / designated place, as per direction of officer -incharge (All T & P, materials / articles shall be provided by the contractor.)(8660.58X4 months)

Towards the provision for Consumable Articles ( Bamboo broom with Stick 5 to 6 ft height, medium size Bamboo Basket, full size bamboo, Jute Hassion Cloths, Nylon rope, G.I Wire, Wooden handle, Brush Cutter Wire etc.) for day to day use in the garden as per actual requirements @3000/Acre/Annum based required items & on local prevailing market rate, which is fixed as per norms

The provision has been made for Manure Against Intensive area of Garden @ 20 Kg. N2/Acre/ Annum (50:50) (Half Quantity of N2 through organic manure (Cow Dung Manure):

The provision has been made for fertilizers Against Intensive area @ 20 Kg. N2/Acre/Annum (50:50) (Half Quantity of N2 through inorganic manure (Urea)

The provision has been made for Good Earth to fill up the depression of lawns and add in flower beds, dot plants etc. @0.003 cumt/Sqm/ Annum.

The provision has been made for different varieties of seeds/saplings for seasonal beds (two seasons: Summer & Winter) as per requirement of the garden.

The provision has been made for different species of plants saplings required for replacement of casualties and plantation of trees, flowering shrubs, hedges and ground covers etc. as per direction of the higher authority

The provision has been made for Plant Protection Product @ Rs. 1000/- per Acre/Annum. The rate is @1000/Acre/Annum based required items & on local prevailing market rate, which is fixed as per norms

The provision has been made for repairs & replacement of damaged underground PVC pipeline system to keep in good condition for proper irrigation of the garden (@3000/Acre/Annum).The rate is @3000/Acre/Annum based required items & on local prevailing market rate, which is fixed as per norms

The provision has been made for purchase of PVC watering pipe (ISI brand) for irrigation of garden (Size 25 mm dia).The rates are based on local prevailing market rate

he provision has been made for repair and maintenance of 5 HP Submersible motor pump set.

The provision has been made for repair and replacement of 5 HP submersible motor Panel Board.

The provision has been made for supply and installation of 4 Sqmm 3 core flat Submersible cables to connect the Motor Pump to Panel Board to supply power

The provision has been made for supply & fittings of other required electrical accessories like MCB, wire, etc. as per actual requirements

The provision has been made for hard pruning & trimming of big trees in a certain levels & height including making section, stacking of serviceable wood/parts and disposal of unserviceable parts of the trees

The provision has been made for removal of garden waste occurs during the horticultural operations by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage up to 10 km lead, complete disposal up to designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge.

The provision has been made for organic fertilizer (e.g Mustard Cake, Ecohume liquid, Bone Dust, Neem Cake etc. any others as per requirements) to fertilizing in planted plants, seasonal flower beds and in other garden elements. The rate is based on local prevailing market rate. The rate is exclusive of GST
