Preparation of drawings of structural design for Bldg as per sketch layout plan attached. (a) Preparation of structural design drawing for the foundation and super structure including viz. footings, plinth beams, lintel beam, roof beam roof slab as per relevant IS Codes. (b) Submission of all structural detailed design in soft copy and three spiral folders.

Determination of SBC of soil by performing necessary Test such as SPT/DCPT whichever is suitable by boring 4” Dia up to 3 Mtrs Depth / refusal case of gravely boulder strata. In case open pit least up to 1.5M Depth whichever is earlier . (a) Collection of soil sample (disturbed or undisturbed) and complete analysis as per IS 2131 : 1986 and evaluation of SBC including of 3 copies of test reports. NOTE : (i) The architect/Designer shall in have a professional degree n respective field with at least one similar project has been designed in last 5 years. (ii) (a) The vetting of designs and drawings and its report should be from the designated institute i.e. IIT/NIT/Govt Engg. College (duly signed by authorized signatory on behalf of the Institute) and not from a professor / individual for the institute in his personal capacity. The third part vetting the designs, drawings shall also be liable for ensuring that the designs and drawings or DPR produced are in compliance as per the laid down standards regulations and sound engineering practices. (b) A certificate that all details have been thoroughly checked and are in Compliance to standards, codes, and regulations in respect of safety, soundness and economy shall be obtained from the vetting agencies and submitted to the Deptt. (c) The vetting agency will also be liable and answerable for any design deficiencies detected during execution of work. (iii) The structural designs shall be as per IS Code incl seismic provn for framed structure. (iv) Firstly three set of structural designs shall be submitted in person by the architect to GE Chandimandir for acceptance and approval oif the same is not accepted architect shall submit drgs upto the satisfaction of accepting officer (GE). (v) During execution of project if Engineer-in-Charge find any add in architectural or structural design the same shall be revised and resubmitted by architect/desiner shall make at least two visit to project site. (vi) Time duration submit structural design and drg shall be one month from the date of acceptance (vii) All taxes are deemed to be included in the Job order, the cost of all aspects as mentioned always is deemed to be included in Job.
