DG works and related electrical work for the proposed KABCO office at AUWM Anayara

OD129144/2026-2027:82.5KVA DG SET WITH AMF PANEL - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generating set of CPCB IV Norms along with having Prime Power Rating of 82.5KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor and consisting of Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories and Synchronous alternator rated at 100 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self- regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class- F/H insulation, Including CPWD/EI/EB approved AMF panel, Base Frame, Fuel Tank, Battery with leads and other accessories with type competent approved Canopy as a complete set. Battery charger and necessary connection from KSEB. Contractor must arrange load test at site or at factory without any additional cost or claim. Including First fill of lube oil and Engine safeties – LLOP, HWT, Initial filling of diesel for standard testing procedure up to 6 hours minimum and 12 hours maximum.(Kirloskar Green/Cummins/Mahindra Powerol/Ashok Leyland/ Greaves Cotton).

OD129145/2026-2027:Supply, erection, commissioning of additional length of exhaust pipes with long radius bend from residential silencer with necessary clamps, fixtures, civil works and painted with heat resistant, rust proof, bituminous paint of approved colours to a maximum of 10 m in stages of following sizes including suitable rain cap for top to avoid rain water entry. The distance between exhaust pipe at top and rain cap should be higher than diameter of pipe. It is also recommended that horizontal run of exhaust piping should slope downwards away from engine to the condensate trap. Silencer should be installed with drain plug at bottom. Fixing shall be done with proper clamps, expansion bolts, and all other accessories as instructed by the Engineer and the rate inclusive of all minor civil works required, bolts, clamps etc as required for installation. Support to exhaust piping should be done in such a manner that load of exhaust piping is not exerted to turbocharger. Exhaust pipe height shall be 3m more than the top of any adjacent building within 10m radius of the exhaust. 300 mm dia.

OD129146/2026-2027:Thermal insulation for DG Exhaust piping including silencer with glass wool insulation and aluminum cladding, cladding shall be done with minimum 22SWG

90.6.5.19:Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & FRLS PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes.4 core 2.50 sq mm
