Providing Gardening Horticultural works contract maintenance & upkeep services at the AYJNISHD(D) complex at Bandra west Mumbai consisting of lawns, parks, trees & plants, shrubs, avenue trees, rock gardens, potted indoor and outdoor plants, hedges, creepers etc and as detailed in the Annexure I – with scope of work, specifications and all contract conditions and under the instructions of the Engineer-In charge Maintenance Cell of AYJNISHD(D).,removal of unwanted vegetation & debris from the Institute campus. Sweeping cleaning & upkeep of lawns and all identified ground spaces in the complex to be covered under gardening and horticulture work (except all internal roads , open drains , strom water drains around complex , footpath and plinth protection around all buildings ) ( 8 hoursX26 days a month)

Supplying and stacking good quality well decayed farmyard manure free from grits and any other unwanted materials at AYJNISHD complex. (The volume of stacks shall be reduced by 8% for looseness in stacking to arrive at the net quantity for payment).
