SH:I SITC OF PASSENGER BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM

SUPPLY OF DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL CONVEYOR SYSTEM Design, Manufacturing and Supply of following equipment’s/components for departure and arrival conveyor system compatible for in-line CT-EDS Baggage Screening system as per technical specification and conveyor layout drawings, including supply of required length of power and control cables from control panel to various drive units including all item/accessories as per site requirement complete in all respect for successful commissioning of system.

Supply of Check-in conveyor system in two sections comprising of Weighing & Labeling and Dispatch conveyor of length1200mm with useful width of 650mm between side walls along with drive unit for each conveyor section with display range 0-200 Kg with accuracy of + 0.05% and two displays (Each for Passenger and Airlines staff) including load sensor and toppling devices etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications. One set comprises of 01 no. weighing & labeling conveyor, 01 no. dispatch conveyor and 02 nos. weighing display

Supply of Take away/Collector conveyor with inner useful belt width of 1000mm between side walls along with drive unit for collecting baggage from dispatch conveyor side wall complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of Transport Conveyor (Straight/declined/inclined/induction/T-Junction conveyor, etc.) along with drive unit for each section to match with x-ray machine level with width of 1000mm between side walls complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of Queuing / Metering Conveyor with 1200 mm length and nominal width of 1000mm between side walls along with drive units with VFD complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of Horizontal Diverters for transfer of bagged set at an angle of 90 degree (horizontal plane) to the delivery conveyor including drive unit complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of 90° Power Curve with inner useful belt width of 1000mm between side walls along with drive unit including motors, complete in all respect as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of Over Height Limiter made up of stainless steel with photo sensor to detect the over height of baggage including proper support arrangement and fault reset button etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of Automatic Tag Reader for conveyer system suitable for 360° degree scan complete in all respect as per Technical specifications.

Supply of Draught Curtains in the openings wherever the conveyor pass through the walls, consisting of flexible overlapping slats of black belt strips as per site requirement. Complete in all respect as per Technical specifications.

Supply of Motorized Fire Shutter of fire rating 2 hours as per site requirement in the wall opening including limit switches, wiring & integration with control panel etc. complete in all respect as per Technical specifications.

Supply of Motorized Security Shutter as per site requirement in the wall opening (wall between passenger and non-passenger area) including limit switches, wiring and integration with control panel etc. for arrival and departure complete in all respect as per Technical specifications.

Supply of Ball Table constructed from Heavy Duty Mild Steel box section, with SS balls securely attached to the table of nominal dimension 1500 mm x 1500 mm. complete in all respect and as per Technical specification.

Supply of Gravity Roller Table constructed from heavy duty mild steel box section formed from 50 mm diameter heavy-duty rollers at an appropriate pitch to suit the intended duty made out of utility grade stainless steel including support etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Manufacturing and supply of Heavy duty race track slat type inclined arrival baggage re-claim carousels of 55.6 mtrs length with useful width 1000mm between side walls, having black color slats made of antistatic, flame retardant moulded rubber / PVC / ABS Material of minimum 5mm thickness, slope angle as given in technical specification and drawing, speed of 24-30 meters /min complete in all respect and as per Technical specifications.

Manufacturing and supply of PLC based control panel incorporating switch gears, protection devices, starters with all sensors and other components suitable for operation & safety of complete departure and arrival conveyor system including check-in conveyor and for interfacing & integration with CT-EDS machine, DV X-ray etc. i/c supply of all associated materials like power and control cables etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) of following items for Departure & Arrival Conveyor System including minor civil works such as grouting of structures and making good the same including ITC of control panel along with necessary outgoing cables/wire, earthing for drive unit motor, limit switches, Emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciation, IT network and control cables, power cabling etc. complete as required and as per Technical specifications.

Design, supply, installation testing and commissioning of steel structure consisting of Beams, Hangers, Steel plates, Support legs, Chequrred plates, Nuts and Bolts, Catwalks, Platforms, Kick plates/side plates etc. for the inspection, installation, operation & maintenance of various BHS items like injector, conveyors etc. including walkways as required. complete in all respect and as per site requirement and technical specification.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Integration of SCADA system with PLC for departure and arrival system consisting of SCADA server indicating GUI, alarm and message, start stop, LAN Profi Bus/ ProFi Net connectors etc. Job includes supply of all type of hardware and licensed SCADA software along with redundant reporting server with necessary installations, accessories to accrue, process, store and retrieve the baggage processing data confirming to certification of TSA/ECAC requirement including SITC of PC and colored printers suitable for printing on A4 paper etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

SH:II SITC OF IN-LINE CT-EDS

Supply of following equipments as per Technical Specifications complete in all respect for successful commissioning of the system.

CT-EDS (Computed Tomography Explosive Detection System) LeveI-1 High Throughput (1200 bags/hour minimum) Baggage Screening systems confirming to BCAS requirements with suitable UPS, control panel, electrical interface components, cables, peripherals accessories and all other components required for integration with BHS system to meet technical as well as operational requirements.

Matrix Server with suitable UPS, fully loaded & environment controlled rack, KVM switch, LCD monitor, cables, & all peripherals & components with full redundancy as required.

Level 2 & 3 analyst Workstations with suitable UPS, cables and all accessories as required.

Local Area Networking components which includes required switches, cables (OFC and UTP), Media Converter, racks, patch panels, patch cords, LIU & Accessories with full redundancy.

Installation, testing and commissioning of the following equipments as per Technical Specifications complete in all respect for successful commissioning of the system.:-

Installation, testing and commissioning of CT-EDS machines with all accessories in the existing enclosure including special material handling equipment, required Civil works such as grouting of structures etc. at the Airport site as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of server and LAN system with all peripherals & components including fixing the rack to the floor as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Level-2 and Level 3 analyst workstations with all accessories including connecting them with CT-EDS Machines with all interface requirements as required.

SH:III Annual Operation, Routine Maintenance & All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract

OPERATION & ROUTINE MAINTENANCE : Annual Operation and routine maintenance of complete Departure and Arrival Conveyor systems (excluding CT-EDS)as mentioned under SH:1 by providing requisite man-power, tools, consumables and technical support etc. during operations as specified in SCC, Technical Specification and particular specifications of operation & routine maintenance with complete in all respect.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC): AICMC after DLP of two years of complete Departure and Arrival Conveyor system as mentioned under SH:1 along with all its Electrical and Mechanical accessories by providing requisite man-power, all required spares, tools, consumables, preventive & corrective maintenance and technical support as specified in SCC, Technical Specification and particular specifications of operation & AICMC with complete in all respect.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Screening sytem i/c CT-EDS, servers, work stations, other associated equipments etc. by providing requisite man-power, all required spares, tools, maintenance equipment, consumables, preventive & corrective maintenance and technical support as specified in SCC, Technical Specification and particular specifications of operation & AICMC with complete in all respect.
