Scarifying and picking gravelled mecadam or bituminous mecadam surfaces exc. 50mm thick but n. exc 100 mm deep area exceeding 400 Sqm all as directed Note 1 - Taking out of the damaged premixed carpet and damaged WBM etc on the road edges,curves, bell mouths etc has been catered in the item) 2 : Material obtained shall be cleaned, screened and stacked properly for reuse.)

M&L for laying Premix bituminous,macadam (Bitumen content 4% by wt of total mix) laid/rolledand compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

Preparing surfaces of existing black top surfaces by brooming with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm over bitumenous surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix. Rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bitumen used in the work shall be paving bitumen gradeVG-30 irrespective whatever specified.

M&L for marking 2 mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work exc. 10 cm wide on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic road marking paints ( white or golden yellow) of first quality with 8% glass beads laid at temperature 160 degree C with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instructions & traffice diversion arrangement complete all as specifed and directed

S&F in repair cat's eye made of ABS plastic with beams two sides fixed with high intensity grade Retro-Reflective sheeting in Red/Yellow colour having fixing provision of nails two nos. and complete in all respect. Make-3M/DARK EYE?TATA BP or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F of solar reflective studs ABS body 100 x 100 x 18.50mm blinker high quality and fixed with epoxy adhesive as approved by GE & as directed by Engineer-in-Charhe. (Make : DARK EYE, 3M, TATA BP or equivalent)

Supply and fixed in repair Road Stud of size 100mm x 120mm x 20mm ABS (Model No DA-52 of Sinor or equivalent of other makes ) alloy with 2 No reflectors fitted in the body complete and fixed all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.Make:Sinor or equivalent

S & F in repairs retro reflective informatory sign board 60 x 90 cm as per IRC 67 made out of high intensity reflective grade sheeting fixed over aliminium sheeting 1.5mm framed with 25mm stainless steel square tube supported on stainless steel 40mm dia pipe 3.0m length incl 0.5m embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. The size of foundation shall be 45 x 45 x 60cm. Note:- The stainless steel shall be of SS 304 Gde.

S&F in repair metal tubular deleneator made out of 45mm dia MS Pipe of 600mm total height, duly powdered coated and 100mm dia high quality and durable glass reflector made of top quality weather resistance plastic material (thermo plastic polyester clastomer), 3 bands of green/red/yellow reflactor of size 25mm wide strips with metal jalli for reflector protection, embeded in PCC (1:2:4) 150 x 150 x 300mm size, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone kerb of roughly squared stone size 10cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D - 2,1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg) as in sub base to floors incl well compacting & laid to levels all as directed.

Sand filling under floors or under interlocking tiles incl watering and consolidation

S&F machine made precast cement concrete blocks (interlocking paves) Rubberised finish coloured (lacquer Coated) of 60mm thick with 6mm top layers of anti abrasive material M-30 Grade all as as per sample kept in GE Office laid over sand filling layer & spreading fine sand over the tiles to fill in the joints & cleaning the same after filling of joints all as directed at site

S&F machine made precast cement concrete curb stone blocks using Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm stone agg) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge ser in CM 1:6

M&L for 50 mm thick(spread thickness) Moorum spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient alongside paved roads as in berms incl necessary watering & rolling all as directed at site
