S/R to New RI Circle Building at Sadingia for the year 2025-26

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

16mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) finished smooth to inside brick walls after racking out the joints including watering, curing etc. with cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

25mm. thick grading Concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab on new works with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall Painting Two coats with Weather Seal Coat over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Two coats Enamel Paint over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work on new wood work / iron work with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm & down graded Size crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing supplying, fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlock concrete colour paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting corbelling, splays where ever necessary to proper size with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
