APPOINTMENT OF ARCHITECTURAL AND CIVIL WORKS CONSULTANT

The Consultant should have minimum of 10 years experience as Architectural & Civil work Consultant such as construction of bigger structures including Compound walls, Samudhaya Bhavans, LCW Repair works, Road, Drainage etc., Mini work sheds, etc.

The Consultant firm shall have minimum of Rs.25.00 crores average annual turnover in the last three continuous years out of 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24. Audited Statement Accounts, turnover Certificate having UDIN Number, issued by the Chartered Accountant and IT Returns shall be submitted.

The Project Management Consultant firm shall have well-furnished office for preparation of all technical documents including drawings required for construction and preference will be given to the firm having its head office at Bangalore

If the firm is enlisted/ empanelled with any of the Govt. epartments/ Govt. Organizations, the proof shall be furnished with attested copies of certificates/testimonials issued by such organizations not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Competent Authority.

The Consultant firm shall compulsorily have following technical personnel in their establishment. 1. Architectural Engineers 2. Structural Engineers 3. Senior Civil Engineers 4. Electrical Engineers 5, Field Engineer 6. Public Health Engineers Further details are as per bid Document.

The Architectural and Civil works Consultant firm shall have their own construction materials testing laboratory or else shall have MOU with the established reputed materials testing lab. The details shall have to be uploaded in e-portal.

The Consultant would have executed similar work having estimated cost of Rs. 25.00 Crores and above as ARCHITECTURAL & CIVIL WORKS CONSULTANT for the Central/State/State Government undertaking/ Central Govt. undertaking, and for other Public sectors and in private filed. To fulfill this condition, a copy of attested certificate for having rendered such service in above organization has to be uploaded in eportal
