Drip Irrigation system:
Using combination of 16 mm PVC pipes, using a dripper of
litre per hour discharge per plot and also which can be un-
screwed and clean in case of salt accumulation. Consisting of an
automation unit with equipment for irrigation cycles. Water
consumption should be a maximum 5 litres per sqm per day.
Irrigation cycles should typically last a few minutes and will be 23.00 S.M 4620.00
required to be done according to the following schedule:
a) Once a day every day during summer months
b) Once a day every alternate day during winter months
Irrigation volumes should be low to minimise waste and reduce
run-off. Irrigation run-off may be captured in a tank at the base
of the wall and recycled back through the green wall system.
The Pump of 2KG water capacity with CPVC pipe of 25mm and
with Frontier or equivalent timer is to be installed.
Green wall medium:
Made up of organic fertilizer like composted crop residue,
Verme compost, wood ash, poultry manure cow urine etc., it is
much lighter than the soil, its moisture capacity is very good and
used to ensure that the kg per sqft load on vertical wall is
Unique Green wall Galvanized planters of 26 gauge. Planters to
be used of recycle plastic material specially designed to keep the
centre of gravity of growing planting in the planters, inside lining
of foams, so percolation of pot holes, to be avoided and easy to
replace manually.
Planter box 27.5 x 12.5 cm (with recycle material so that high
density plants can be seen all to be of same size.
The minimum rotation of the potted plants placed in position has
