Disconnecting electrical connection and taking down/removing unserviceable window type Air conditioner 1.5 or 2.0 Ton capacity of any make and transporting same to MES Yard for annual repair/ servicing / cleaning / maintenance. Dismantling the Air conditioner segregating unserviceable/worn-out parts, carryout repair including replacement of worn out parts, section and reaching line UNSV caliform dismantling and required new fixing, reassembling all components and transporting the same upto its original location, fittings/fixing and making electrical connection including testing for effective cooling all specified and directed. (Note : New spares shall be measured and paid as supply only separately under respective items given here-in-after. Supply only new sealed compressor suitable for 2.0 Ton air conditioner of carrier/Videocon/LG having operating voltage 200 to 240 volts/50 HZ, duly filled compressor oil and M&L for charging of R-22/R-134A gas in adequate quantity so that during testing effective cooling can be achieved complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Taking out unserviceable window type air conditioner 1.5 ton of any type and make after opening the electrical connections, preparing the compressor for refilling and recharging the compressor and M&L for refilling the compressor oil in adequate quantity and recharging the R-134A gas in adequate quantity to achieve effective cooling and refixing the complete component of A/C including refixing the window A/C at its location and testing for effective cooling all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable window type air conditioner 2.0 ton of any type and make after opening the electrical connections, preparing the compressor for refilling and recharging the compressor and M&L for refilling the compressor oil in adequate quantity and recharging the R-134A gas in adequate quantity to achieve effective cooling and refixing the complete component of A/C including refixing the window A/C at its location and testing for effective cooling in all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC insulated, sheathed flexible multi stranded copper conductor 1100 Volt, 3 core cable of size 40/0.0076 for electrical connection of window A/C, voltage stabilizer and charging sets all as specified and directed. MAKE : FINOLEX / PLAZA / ASIAN

Material & Labour for rewinding of blower fan motor of window type of AC 1.5 TR capacity with proper gauge super enamelled copper wire not less than 300 gm/unit including testing etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only electronic (PCB) for circuit plate suitable for window/Split type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity.

Scrubbing down of old paint from 1.5/2 ton capacity window type AC with emery paper, cleaning, washing, filling cavities, welding, soldering, denting etc and M&L for spray painting to AC unit with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint and after drying writing MES No complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of steel surface of water collar of following capacity by Scrubbing the existing paint with emery paper, washing, filling of cavities removing denting etc and carry out two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing MES Nos all as specified and directed.
