Taking down sub main wiring any type and any capacity with casing caping /concealed conduit/batten conduit complete all as directed.

Taking down un-serviceable DB of any size and capacity including MCB etc, and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Serviceing of geyser of 25 ltrs capacity storage type electric water heater by disconnecting & opening inspection , taking down opening (dismantantling), descaling, brushing cleaning of storage tank and painting internally with one coat of proprietary bituminious compositions not liable to impart taste or oudour or otherwise contaminate the water, examine water tightness of storage tank after cleaning, carry out operation of all stopcocks, pressure-reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of the working parts, replace washers and glands of all taps and ball valves to ensure wtare tightness, Inspect overflow /vent pipes and remove blockages obstructions if any, Check and correct earth continutity, checking of plugs, descaling of the immersion type heating element and cleaning with diluted gydrochloric acid or clear pedette, replacement of neon indicating lamps if required , replacement of the rubber PVC gaskets to ensure water tightness etc and change effective parts as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All defective or unserviceable spare parts change during serviceing shall be measure and paid saperately as supply only
