RequiredThe bidder may be any reputed, experienced, eligible and interested contractor / individual contractor / firm / company / agency registered with the concerned authority under the relevant Act.

RequiredThe bidder should own or lease the vehicles mentioned in the tender and the vehicles must have valid RTA registration/permit in Telangana State, valid for the entire contract period. (RC and other relevant documents to be uploaded)

RequiredIn case of Lease vehicles, MOU/agreement with vehicle owner along with relevant document for entire contract period to be uploaded

RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in providing vehicles/machinery for tender floated nature of work on a hire basis.

RequiredThe above similar experience should be with a value of approximately 50% of the Estimated Contract Value (ECV), in any State Government / Central Government / Semi-Government / PSU Departments / ULBs, in any one year during the last three consecutive financial years

RequiredThe bidder should have a minimum annual turnover equal to or greater than the Estimated Contract Value (ECV) in any one of the last three consecutive financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26)

RequiredThe bidder should provide details of the following machinery/vehicles, which should not be deployed in any other zones of the CMC.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit latest Income Tax Return (ITR) acknowledgement copies along with the tender documents

RequiredThe bidder should possess PAN and GST Registration Certificate. Copies of these documents must be uploaded along with the tender

RequiredOnly the relevant documents related to the vehicles/machinery mentioned in the tender should be uploaded by the bidder. If the required documents are not submitted, the tender will not be accepted

RequiredThe bidder shall submit a self-declaration regarding blacklisting and vigilance litigation history
