Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corugated or semicorrugated etc) sheets, in roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet round shape and arch type, 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor laid in panels with and including glass dividing strips 3mm thick 38mm wide and inserted in position conform to design finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide of full depth of PCC at every 3mtr and every change in direction and filling the joints with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/plain sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of size exc 1.5sqm but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each including making good disturbed portion of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25 mm thick in stepped flashing (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) as required complete all as specified and directed
