(a) Tender fees & EMD fees paid proof document scanned copy is to be uploaded with the
online bid only.In case of payment made through DD/Banker’s cheque/cash payment (up
to 10,000/-) original cash receipt/DD/Banker’s cheque paid towards Tender Fee and EMD
to be submitted physically in sealedcover on OR before due date and time by RPAD/speed
post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no further communication in the
matter will be entertained.
(b) It is sole responsibility of the bidder that the uploaded scanned documents (in PDF
form) remain legible and should not be password protected.
(C) Bidder has to upload scanned copies of original (notarized/self-attested copies of
original-as specified in tender condition) documents with online bid.
(d) If any deviation found in Data/Details/Documents between on line and physically
submitted documents (Tender fee and EMD) of bidder, offer of the same shall be liable
for rejection at the discretion of PGVCL.
Further bidders are requested to submit Technical bid documents and price – bid
(Schedule – B) on-line only and not to submit in physical form(Except tender fees &
EMD proof in case of payment made through cash receipt/DD/Banker’s cheque).This is
mandatory. If it is submitted in physical form, same will not be opened and only on -
line submitted bids will be considered for evaluation.

NOTE: IMPORTANT
If the physical documents of tender towards tender fee and EMD(In case of payment made
1. through cash payment/ DD/Banker’s cheque) will not reach to this office within mentioned date
& time, offer will be out rightly rejected even successful submission of On Line Tender.
VALIDITY OF TENDERS.
2. Validity of tender shall be for a period of 180 days from the schedule date of opening the
Tenders and may be further extended to 30 days by PGVCL if require and all the tenderer shall
be bound to execute the work with quoted rate in this tender.
The PGVCL reserve the right to reduce / enhance the tender quantity as per their requirement
at the time of finalization of the tender.
COMPLETION PERIOD :
The completion period of this tender shall be considered up to 12 Months or up to order quantity
4. exhausts whichever is earlier.
If the quantity offered by the bidder is reduced while placing the order, in that case delivery
period will be adjusted proportionately.
SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE
5. The tenderer shall have to produce the latest solvency certificate i.e., not older than 12 months
which is issued from Nationalized bank or any other scheduled bank as per list of RBI for a sum
of Minimum 20% of estimated cost of this work.
Security Deposit against work completion Period:
The lowest tenderer whose Tender is accepted shall have to pay 5% security deposit of the work
6. order amount through Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee within 15 days from the receipt of the
Letter of Acceptance. In case contractor fails to pay the security deposit within the specified
time, LOA will be treated as cancel and his earnest money will be forfeited without issuing any
DELAYED AND LATE TENDERS:
NO TENDER SHALL BE ACCEPTED / OPENED IN ANY CASE WHICH ARE RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE
7. AND TIME OF THE RECEIPT OF TENDER IRRESPECTIVE OF DELAYED DUE TO POSTAL SERVICE OR
ANY OTHER REASONS AND PGVCL SHALL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LATE RECEIPT OF
TENDER. ANY CORRESPONDANCE IN THIS MATTER WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
8. In case PGVCL finds that there is an attempt of cartel in the prices, PGVCL reserves the right to
consider or reject any or all the tenderers offer without assigning any reason thereof.
Agreement / Indemnity bond to be executed by Successful Bidder:
