Rate for running Government publicity audio visuals in the LED screen which will be supported by Truss or on riser to be present in the Durga Puja Pandal (Rate should be quoted for per 10 seconds slot). 1) Size of the LED Screen should be minimum of 160 Sqft. Each. 2) Necessary play out system having HD output with playout software applicationwhich is having facility of system generated LOG Report (As Run Log – should be indicated Screen Name (Durga Puja Pandal Wise), Actual Media Name of AVs (Minimum 10 Sec. each) provided by the department time to time; Start Date & Time; End date & Time, Duration of Advertisement Displayed) 3) Two nos. of outdoor LED Screen (IP 65) should be constructed for every Durga Puja Pandal, the audio visual with separate PA system should be simultaneously running in the two LED screen. 4) Creative for LED should be prepared (not more than 4) by the Agency and the content will be supplied by Govt. Deptt. 5) Amount will be calculated on pro-rata basis. 6) The outdoor publicity will be done in 24 renowned Puja Committee. 7) The final creative which will be shown in the LED screen will be approved by I & C.A. Deptt. and there will be different Government publicity audio visuals. 8) It will be visible at least 60 times per hour where per advertisements is minimum 10 seconds spot of AVsand the selected agency should maintain the publicity at least 600 Sec Per LED Per hour. 9) LED should be displayed at least 18 hours per day from 10am to 4 pm and 5pm to 5am for 14 days (Exact no. of days and duration including spots - will be mentioned later in release order).
