RequiredThe bidder will have to furnish Test Results The tests must have been conducted on the material offered as per the relevant IS and as per the latest revision of the Technical specification. The Bids received without test reports will be treated as Non-Responsive

RequiredThe financial turnover during any one year of the last five years should have been more than 25 percentege value of the material now quoted

RequiredDuly filled and signed proforma as per Format A

OptionalProof of Vendor registration with EPDCL or proof of submission of prescribed application for vendor registration or Bidders who are not registered as approved Vendors, but are interested can also quote.
