Supplying, installation, commissioning (including loading, unloading, fitting, fixing & etc.) of 250kVA, 415V, 200KW, 348/350A, air/water/ liquid cooling silent Diesel Generator, 1500rpm, 50Hz, 75dB, 6 cylinder, electric start, fuel tank capacity 450ltrs, insulation class H, fuel consumption 452.6ltrs/hr, lub oil change 500hrs, 310Bhp, power factor 0.8, generator set weight 3850kg, cubic capacity 8.86ltrs, lub oil sump capacity 27ltrs, ingress protection IP23, dimension 4300x1500x2025mm (approx) along with all accessories, Crompton Greaves/ Jackson Cummins /Kirloskar Koel make L8.9 series or equivalent make as per conformance standard IS/IEC60034-1, IS1460, IS8528, IS3046, IS9001 & IS13018.

Supplying 4core 300sqmm PVC/XLPE insulated armoured power cable 1100V grade with aluminium conductors, Gloster/ Havells or equivalent make, conforms to IS with latest amendments. (As per Havells price list 2024 basis.)

Laying of above cable in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. (As per PWD schedule 2017 page no. F2 item no. 1c basis.)

S&F compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of the following cables 4core 95sqmm (As per PWD schedule 2017 page no. F4 item no. 7c basis.)

Finishing the end of the above armoured cable by crimping method including s/f solderless socket (Dowels make), insulated tapes etc. & jointing materials & making connection to the switch. (As per PWD schedule 2017 page no. F5 item no. 8b basis.)

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 150mm dia GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. (As per PWD schedule2017, page no. F6, item no.11 basis.)

Earthing with pipe electrode-Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/8 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 25 mm dia x 150 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. (As per PWD schedule2017, page no. G1, item no.2.b basis.)

Connecting the equipment body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. (As per PWD schedule2017, page no. G3, item no.5.d basis.)
