Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles, joint free,coloured (light colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of size 300mm x 600mm x 7mm / 350mm x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (min) (square /rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured epoxy grout to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry bedded in any mortar complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished, in floor set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished as in skirting / DADO or vertical surfaces and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 1001 to 2000 litre capacity seeting aside (lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position with cleaning, repairing including connection with inlet and outlet with GI/CPVC pipe fitting, float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 501 to 1000 litre capacity seeting aside (lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position with cleaning, repairing including connection with inlet and outlet with GI/CPVC pipe fitting, float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 251 to 500 litre capacity seeting aside (lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position with cleaning, repairing including connection with inlet and outlet with GI/CPVC pipe fitting, float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks upto 250 litre capacity seeting aside (lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position with cleaning, repairing including connection with inlet and outlet with GI/CPVC pipe fitting, float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 250 Ltr Cap Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with inlet outlet with suitable PVC Float Valve etc connections all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rotational moduled tanks will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only.

Vitreous Ceramic floor Mounted EWC fancy type along with one piece EWC's with seat cover and twin flush fittings ( snow white or ivory or colour as approved ) with Soft Close Seat Cover and Twin Flush Fittings 700 x 430 x 770 mm of flush tank with all necessary fittings with fixing arrangements and connecting to water pipe and WC etc including P or S trap fitting and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- The sanitary fittings fixtures and appliance taken out for B/R and allied repairs are to be refixed, reconnected properly to make it fully functional after these repairs and cost is deemed to be inclusive in unit rate quoted for respective items.
