Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m for any kind of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

M&L for Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Light shade pigment using white cement

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering up to plinth level

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), as in filling of post holes, bed block, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

M&L for 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Finishing New wall surface with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Two coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rewiring for light point/Fan Point/Exhaust point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated Cable copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq .mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface /recessed steel / PVC conduit with white modular plates, modular switches and suitable GI Box including dismantling/ removing of burnt cable from the existing conduit and making good to surface as required.

Material and Labour for Rewiring for Twin control Light point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated Cable copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq .mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface /recessed steel / PVC conduit with white modular plates, modular switches and suitable GI Box including dismantling/ removing of burnt cable from the existing conduit and making good to surface as required.

Material and Labour for Point wiring for 5 Amp socket outlet point for Independent board with 2x 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS -694 marked with multistandard copper conductors and earth continuity wire with similar 1x1.5 sq mm cable (incl connecting to earth dolly) drawn through and single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: two runs of cable and one run of earth cable and conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular switch and 5/6A modular socket, connection etc. as required at site complete all as specified and directed. (for Indepandant 5 Amp Power Socket) .

All as per item No 15 above, but wiring for circuit along with 2x2.5 sq.mm sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable with 1x2.5 sq.mm earth wire in surface /recessed steel conduit as required (for 15/25 power plug/socket). Note: two runs of cable and one run of earth cable and conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 15/16 A modular switch and 15/16A modular socket ,connection etc. as required at site complete all as specified and directed. (for 15/25 Power plug)
