PROVISION OF BORE WELL AT UG OPS ROOM AT AF STN WADSAR UNDER GE (AF) CHILODA

M & L for Development/enlargement of trial bore by reaming from bore well from 250 mm dia to 550 mm dia hole siutable for lowering ERW Mild steel 250mm dia casing pipes, gravel and clay packing for the required length below the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, lowering into bore hole and fixing in position 250 mm nominal (10") bore ERW MS pipe, ISI marked as per IS 3589, of 6.35 mm wall thickness in random length upto 6 mtr with screwed and socketed including necessary fittings & welding including painted both inside and outside with black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, lowering into bore hole and fixing in position 250 mm nominal (10") bore ERW MS slotted pipe , ISI marked as per IS 3589 or as per IS 4270 of 6.35 mm wall thickness mtr with screwed and socketed including necessary fittings & welding including painted both inside and outside with black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) As per site required suiable length slotted pipe 250mm dia Strainer cage type wire wound rate should be included in this item rate.

Supply and fixing suitable size MS bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centering of pipe etc. fitted to casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clay ball, cement packing around the borehole casing pipe as per site required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, filling and packing washed pea gravels of size 2 mm to 4 mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Pea gravel shall be paid as per stack measurement carried out on site).

Yield testing for the tube well by suitable capacity submersible pump & motor for minimum dischraging capacity of 10000 gallons per hours for at least continuous 16 hours uninterrupted run complete all as specified and directed. (Note- (i) 'V' Notch and other equipment including pump set shall be arranged by the contractor as his own cost. (ii) Electricity will be supplied by the department for yield testing as free of cost)

Electrologing test with using suitable equipments for upto complete drilling depth of tube well before sinking/lowering of pipes, filters etc for arresting proper deliniation of water from Govt reconised agency/Govt firm qualified Hydrologist and report shall be submitted to GE/ Engineer-in-Charge for approval complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 80 mm dia UPVC heavy duty column pipe coupler type 3 mtr long ISI marked 30 Kg/cm2 with an adequate factor of safety high torque resistant locking system and a specially designed rubber “O” ring , column pipes have been designed to withstand system load comprising the weight of the pump, water and pipes with an adequate factor of safety complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, submersible flat cable ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade of size 16.0 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing for stainless steel shaft, impeller and motor body submersible pumping set with copper rotor electric driven star delta connection 415 V, 50 Hz of capacity water discharge of 650 LPM at 170 mtr head including heavy duty male female treaded GI coupler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Pipes MS ERW including specials, nominal dia 200 mm as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness not less than 5.4 mm for making hydral point with flage end ( thickness of flaged not less than 10 mm ) incl one incoming branch pipe connection 100 mm dia, three out going connection 100 mm dia with welded flanged end. and supporting PCC piller etc complete including two coat of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M & L for construciton of valve chamber of size 90 x 90 x 120 cm size internal size including earth work, PCC foundation 1:4:8 of thickness 15cm under masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete with MS angle Iron frame 40mm x 6 mm and MS cover 3.0mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements and holdfast including plastering of internal wall surfaces with cement mortar of 1:4 of thickness 10mm and coping on top of brick masonry with PCC 1:4 and 20 mm grade stone aggregate with thickness 7.5cm including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of black synthetic enamle paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge

Supply and laying 63mm outer dia HDPE pipe (DWC) Double wall corrugated outer surface and smooth inner wall, ISI marked and as per IS : 16205 (part-24) or latest IS 14930 (part-II), 450N compressive strength with snap fit coupler with rubber ring for underground electrical cable protection conduits Orange colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring under road/ hard standing by machine /manual method for inserting the GI tubing up to 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S&F pressure gauge with isolation cock suitable for a working pressure of 14 Kg/cm² (Liquid based High Intensity) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for heavy duty CI/ DI fitting ISI marked such as bend, taper, tee, single branches, Y junction, double junction, D/F piece, connecting piece one end flanged other end socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces, one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth, reducer, collars, caps and plugs, nut & bolt, gasket fitting etc. or any other fittings if required at site suitable for upto 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for taking up/ laying cable/pipe etc completed all as apecified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreding, leveling watering & well ramming in laying not exc. 25cm for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and dipositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F for Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit medium gde of size not less than 25 mm dia inclusive of all fixing accessories for drawn cable throght pipe in wall/floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as per shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I with connected to earth test point main switch board with including necessary earth work and Pre- cast RCC earth pit with cover and including dismantling/taking out of old unserviceable earthing of any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copping, as in floor/road finishing even and fair, as in making cement concrete thrust block for supporting of pipe bend, tee, dead end etc including any necessary work or in any other situation work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for core cutting holes into or through Brick wall, cement concrete slabs, RCC wall etc for inserting of pipe upto 100 mm dia and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of Bore well water to analyse the following parameters as per IS 10500:2000 through Govt. approved laboratory:- a) Physicochemical analysis of potable water b) Bactoriological analysis of potable water c) Metals ( Except Hg, As & Se). d) Pesticides.

Supply and installed cubicle compartmentalised outdoor type factory made LT section pillar box with motor starter panel, front and rear opening with locking arrangement dujst and vermin proof, CPRI approved, fabricated out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and base frame over all finished with epoxy powder coating, suitable for operatrion on 415 volts, 50 HZ, AC supply, including earthing stud, labeling, danger plates etc. and section pillar box shall comprising the following complete incluiding mild steel angle iron stand 600 mm long fixied in position PCC, connect with electric suypply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare. Supply, laying, connecting and testing 100 mm bore, ductile iron pipes socket and spigot or flanged type ( as required at site ) class K- 9 suitable for & including rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm CI sluice valve, flanged of class PN 1.6 non raising type with brass spindle supplied and installed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm Non Return valve, flanged of class PN 1.6 supplied and installed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brocken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exc 63 mm deposite spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick , watered and rammed to a surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type d2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 60mm machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment andy shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying at ot near ground level factory made kerb stone of M- 25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curved, joined with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
