Demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) in padding of roof slabs, covings of chajjas etc., roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/chajjas by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregates, and including two coat of damp proof ultra through mechanical mean as directed by manufacturer complete make Asian including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.(Note for item No 1&2 make specified for guidence only contarctor can bring any other Ein C approved make after prior approval of GE after prooving Techno commercial equivalancy)

Removing of existing APP membrane on the substrate with using torch machine & heating and mechanicals tools for hacking the surfaces all as specified and directed. (a) Chipping & cleaning of surfaces with the help of wire brush, wash the roof with clean water & remove all loose concrete, grease, oil using wire brush and scrubber all as specified and directed. (b) Providing, mixing and applying polymer modified bond coat of Dr. Fixit, pidicrete URP mix in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume to make it lump free slurry when applied on the pre wet surface apply a single coat all as specified and directed. (c) Providing mixing and applying Dr fixit pidicrete URP (301) SBR polymer (@minimum 2% bt wt of cement used) modified cement concrete for structural members with ratio 1:2:3 (ordinary Portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size) with 25mm average thickness all as specified and directed.

(d) Apply one coat of self-primer 1 liter of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Classic (based on acrylate PU Hybrid Elastomeric emulsion technology reinforced with Nano fibers) diluted with 500ml water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 0.80-10.0/Sq.mt/ liter in the SSD (Saturate Surface Dry) condition. After 3 hours of primer application, apply 1st coat of Dr.Fixit roof seal classic without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.500/liter/Sq mt/coat until all surface is covered. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90 degree to the first coat. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles o the membrane surfaces. Apply second coat of Dr Fixit roof seal classic without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.5 liter/sqmt coat to achieve total dry film thickness of 1.00mm at forced coverage at the rate of 1.00 litre/Sq.mt in 2 coats meet the exceeds the ASTM D 6083-97a standard specification. Attains a Tensile strength of ≥ 2.1 N/mm² with 45 GSM glass fiber mesh confirming to ASM D 412: Elongation at break ≥ 300% and crack bridging ability up to 2mm, Solar Reflectance Index as per ASTM E 1980-106, Air cure the coating for 7 day all as specified and directed.

M&L FOR PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) roof kerbs, benching rounded or chamfered on edge including rounded or chamfered edges with necessary form work etc complete including demolition of old cement concrete of any description

Taking up or down GI tubing 15mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site as directed

S&F 15mm bore pipe medium grade galvanised iron water tube with all fittings laid in floors fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing 15mm old steel tubing and connecting in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors)etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 20mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site as directed

S&F 20mm bore pipe medium grade galvanised iron water tube with all fittings laid in floors fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing 20mm old steel tubing and connecting in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors)etc, complete all as specified and directed.
