Providing and laying polished permimum quality fully Vitrified floor tiles in size (600X600mm) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of RAK or equivalent as approved, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete as per specification and direction of Manager-In-Charge. (Cement free issue).

Providing and laying Matt finished vitrified tiles of PAVIT make or tile of equivalent rate, minimum 10mm thick in all colours and shades in outdoor floor such as footpath, court yard, multi models location etc, laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Manager-in-Charge. (Cement free issue).

Providing & fixing Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) and as per instruction of Manage-In-Charge.. (Cement free issue ).

Supplying, fabricating, fitting & fixing in position design Stainless steel hand railing comprised with 50mm dia pipe for balusters & hand rail of any height, 3 nos. 15mm dia intermidiate pipes between balusters including cost & conveyance of all labours, materials, T & P, etc. complete to shape & finish as per direction of Manager-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of best quality glazed colour Anodised aluminium partition, door frame with doors & windows of indal or equivalent make using aluminium extruded sections 9222,9223,9241,9201,9240,4660 of indal conforming to IS:HE 9 WP or equivalent of approved manufacturer, including glazing beads, aluminium pannels, column cover, doors etc. including 5.5mm thick toughened glass as per the drawing and specifications door to be supplied with all fitting and fixtures like concealed hanging arrangement for door leaves, concealed two points bolts engaging simultaneously at head and threashold on inactive leaf openable from inside heavy duty cylinder lock on active leaf pull handle of approved design on each leap, heavy duty floor spring of Godrej make or approved.

Providing & fixing Stainless steel handle for glass door of size 750mm to 1000mm with all fitings as approved by Manage-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing double action hydraullc Floor spring of DORMA make for door including the cost of cutting floors as required, embeding in floor, making good the floor and removing of existing old one if any where ever required.

Providing & fixing Armstrong acquastic mineral fibre board false ceiling system with Ultima Microlock tiles 20mm thick 600X600mm size placed on hook suspension grid system having 32mm web height & 24mm wide tee section including main runner to be fixed with 2mm thick pre stretched GI wire from main roof to be fixed at 1200mm C/C and fixing light fixture, speakers, AC grills etc. complete as per direction of Manage-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium grill of size 7.5cm hole with section 7.2x5.2mm fixed with powder coated aluminium frame including all fittings, accessories etc. including dismantling existing damaged grills/ shutters etc. if any, all complete as per specification and direction of Manager in Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Laminated veneer lumber conforming to IS:14616 and TAD -15:2001 (Part B) in factory made choukath/frames of doors,windows etc fixing in position of any shape and size including tools & tackles etc complete as per specification & direction of Manager in Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked (IS-2202) 30mm thick veneer flush door shutters decorative type (century or equivalent), core of block board construction of 1st class hard wood (teak )and well matched 3mm ply vennering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters, including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws, handle, aldrop, tower bolt, stopper as required complete.as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.all respect as per direction of Manager in charge.

Provding & fixing of vinyl wall paper VIDIA-II or equivalent consists of a vinyl film laminated to a paper substrate with the decorative surface and sprayed or coated with an acrylic type vinyl or poly vinyl chloride, resistance of moisture,stain etc using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer complete in all respect as per direction of Manager in charge in approved colour and shade.

Fly ash brick masonry work with cement based fly ash bricks / reusing serviceable dismantling bricks in foundation & plinth upto 1.5 mtr depth with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) as per specifications but excluding the cost of cement & bricks. (cement & bricks will be issued free of cost at NALCO store & manufacturing site respectively)

Half brick masonry with cement based fly ash bricks with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4course sand) at any elevations including providing reinforcement @ 3 layer as per instruction of manager-in-charge (cement, steel & bricks will be issued free of cost at NALCO store & manufacturing site respectively)

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete of proportion 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse of sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of Manage-In-Charge. Providing & laying of plain cement concrete in foundation & plinth upto a depth of 5M from G.L. & height upto 4.5 mtr from GL proportion mix of cement: coarse sand : stone aggregate1:2:4(using 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) excluding the cost of cement, reinforcement & shuttering, as per the instruction of Manage-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse of sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of Manage-In-Charge. Tor steel Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per specification. (Tor steel free issue)

Dismantaling of Tile work in floors, wall, skirting & staircase laid in cement motar or tile adhesive including Transporting & disposal of dismantled material in low laying area inside plant premises . For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Dismantling of Aluminium partition, doors, windows, fixed glazing & false ceilling including disposal of dismantled material in low laying area inside plant premises & stacking transporting of serviceable material to departmental store as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Removing of old Vinyl flooring from floor and disposal the same in low laying area.

Dismantling of wood/Railing works including cutting of steel railing & stacking transporting of serviceable material to departmental store as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Dismantlling/cutting by cutter machine/concrete breaker in mosaic floor/IPS floor/stone slab upto 50mm thick including stacking, transporting and disposal of dismantled material in low laying area inside plant premises or as per direction of MIC.

Dismentaling of Brick masonry work. of any mortar mix disposal of debris to identified area within a lead of 2.0KM including all tools, tackles with all complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, grill, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Preparation of concrete surface by hacking with chisel and hammer with spacing not more than 50mm apart and disposal of unserviceable material and clearing the surface as per instruction of MIC.

Repair of (steel/wooden/pvc) door/window with necessary cutting, fixing, welding etc. complete including fixing with frame/chaukath/existing wall as per direction of manager-in-charge.

Dismantling of wooden partition/false ceilings and transportation of the dismantled material to the storage yard as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Making connection of GI distribution branch with G.I main 15mm to 40mm dia nominal bore. including fixing tee, cutting the existing pipes line to required length, threading the pipe etc. complete ( fitting of pipe shall be paid separately in relevant items).

Dismantaling of floor trap from conc. Floor carefully, cleaning & stacking at site store & disposal of rubish at a designated place as per instruction of the manager in charge.

Dismentaling of WC pan with 'S' or 'P' trap including cutting breaking of concrete carefully & cleaning, stacking the same at site store including disposal of rubbishes as directed by the M-I-C.

Dismantling of CI or AC rain water, vent pipe with fittings & clamps including stacking the useful material at site store (50 to 150mm dia pipe) at any elevation.

Dismantling of SW / RCC pipes including breaking of joints & bed concrete stacking of useful materials at site store including cleaning but excluding earth work excavation for pipe all dia.

Dismantaling of CI brackets from the wall & making good the wall including disposal of rubbishes (brackets of wash basin/ sink/ cistern) & stacking at store at any elevation.

Dismantaling of wash basin/sink/urinal pan/ high level, low level or automatic flushing cistern & stacking at store or disposal of debris to identified area within a lead of 2.0KM where ever required etc complete.

Dismantaling of bath room mirror or towel rail/ glass shelf/ soap disc or coat hook/ toilet paper holder & stacking at store disposal of debris to identified area within a lead of 2.0KM where ever required etc complete.

Dismantaling of CP brass pillar tap or CP trap/ CP waste with pipe of wash basin/ sink including all tools, tackles with all complete.

Dismantling/Demolishing of PCC/RCC including disposal of debris to identified area within a lead of 2.0KM as directed including all tools, tackles with all complete.

Transporting and disposing the surplus earth, debris and soft rock including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 50m including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck/ tractor measurement ,voids shall be deducted as per specification. Lead up to 3.0 km

Cutting chase in brick masonary wall for fixing pipes or dismental pipe upto 100mmdia & making good the same with CM(1:4) & disposal of debris to identified area within a lead of 2.0KMincluding all tools, tackles with all complete.

Dismantling of G.I/ PVC pipes 15 to 40 mm nominal bore with fittings including stacking & hand over to site store including the cost of earth work & cutting of wall or floor both internal or external types, disposal of all debris etc, segregation of salvagable & non salvagable materials complete.
