Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets or Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in roof coverings

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F 0.8mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Fixing only roof sheets retrieved from item No 1 above with and including all new fixing arrangements.

M&L for cutting channels, grooves or rebates n exc 15cm girth, and trimming concrete surface with or without reinforcement.

M&L for structural steel for Roof trusses (framed), russed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.; conforming to Fe-410 W Gde E-250

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

Supply & Fix 6 mm thick plain, multicavity poly carbonate sheet (coloured) in roof covering, fixed with and including aluminium fillets at joints and aluminium angles at the end, fixed with screws and standard fittings, fixtures and accessories complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over red oxide primer.

M&L for repair to leakage of galvalume sheet roof / cladding by applying sealing compound around self tapping screw / holes all as specified and directed by Engineer - in-Charge.

Supply and application of alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the steel surfaces by emery paper and complete removal of existing paint by mechanical scrapper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturer's instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (upto 10.00 mtr height of hangers).

M&L for applying two coat of epoxy paint on old/ new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth including and after application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface by brush, the primer shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75, minimum wet film thickness/coat 40 microns minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(upto 10.00 mtr height of hangers).

Taking down of Nylon Netting for bird proofing of any size ,any thickness and any position , Repairs of Nylon bird neting where required, and refixing in same position/as per site requirement, including all fixing accessories/material such as clamps, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(upto 10.00 mtr height of hangers).

S&F Bird proof net of polyolefine all weather proof polymer machine knotting using CNC shines with DSLC technology for antislip netting dia of the net 1mm, mesh size 20 mm-25 mm (+/-2mm) Square mesh with mesh making strength 18 kgf of colour black as per specification including fixing with accessories fixing material required for installation to steel structure, trusses/ purllin/ tie beams, rafters such as clamps, nut and bolts including washers etc for fixing bird proofing net to hangers/ Blast pens at the height up to 15 meter including taking down of existing net all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) This item shall be executed for the building up to 15 metre height from ground level and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for all necessary arrangement for execution of this item up to 15 meter height.

Repairing of Nylon Netting for bird proofing of any size ,any thickness and any position , where required, as per site requirement, including stiching , all fixing accessories/material such as clamps, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (upto 10.00 mtr height of hangers).

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Refixing the PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed of any dia, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall including fixing clamps, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge
