Setting up EV Charging Stations at Government Owned Locations in Ramanagara district under BESCOM jurisdiction under PPP model - LOT 16

The bidder must fulfil the following eligibility criteria: OEMs shall have successfully installed and commissioned at least 04 nos of EVSEs in India or abroad and the same shall be operational for at least SIX MONTHS as on date of bid submission OR Charge point operator (CPO) / DISCOMs / PSUs should be operating at least 04 nos of EVSEs in India or abroad and the same shall be operational for at least 6 months as on date of bid submission OR Battery Swapping Operator should be operating at least 04 Battery Swapping Docks in India or abroad and the same shall be operational for at least 6 months as on date of bid submission. Note: If the bidder is an authorized representative/ dealer / re-seller/ agent/ Channel partners then the credentials of OEM shall be considered. Either bidder or OEM credentials shall be considered. (Combined credentials shall not be considered). In required by BESCOM, for verification of work completion, the bidder at his/her cost shall arrange for inspection of the works.

The Bidder shall be a firm registered under Companies Act 2013/ Partnership act/ Proprietorship firm / LLP Act 2008

The Bidder should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) /an authorised representative/ dealer / re-seller/ agent/ Channel partners of the OEM of the EVSEs / Charge Point Operator (CPO) of public charging stations / Battery Swapping Operator (BSO) / DISCOM / PSUs under Central government / State Governments in India.

The bidder should not have been defaulted and blacklisted by any Government agencies / Utilities.

The annual turnover of the lead bidder must be at least Rs. 1.18 Cr in any one of 5 preceding financial years (FY 2019-20, FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24).Note: Updated to the FY in which tender is invited. Financial turnover of the previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which tender is invited.

Liquid assets as on date of publishing the bid or later consisting of cash at Bank + Term Deposit + availability of fund-based credit facility in any Nationalized/scheduled commercial Bank shall not be less than Rs. 0.59 Cr.
