Picking old metalled surface to a depth of 150 mm and spreading metal including watering with an initial lead of 2 Hectometers and rolling with power rollers watering and spreading dust for blindage and power roller rolling including hirecharges of power roller (8 to 10T) barricading and diversion of traffic and wetting the new consolidation for a fortnight for compacted thickness

Providing 75mm thick BT Builtup semigrout using 1.0 cum of 40mm IRC size-HBG metal per 10 Sqmt and 1st layer over tack coat of 7.50 Kgs of bitumen per 10 Sqmt rolling with power roller again spreading 12.2 kgs of bitumen over 10 Sqmt and spreading 12mm size HBG crushed chips per 0.15 cum over 10 sqmt and rolling the surface with 10 Ton power roller using a total quantity of 32.50 kgs of bitumen and cost and conveyance of all materials at site and labor charges for brushing, cleaning the existing road surface watering and spreading birumen metal to camber for each layer including all hire and operational charges of T&P(Bottom Layer)

Providing Black Top Surface dressing 20mm thick using with 0.27 cum of 12mm size IRC, HBG crushed chips for 10 Sqm, Precoated at the rate of 52Kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade per 1cum of chips laid over a tack coat of 9.8 kgs of bitumen 80/100 gradeper 10 Sqm using a total quantity of 24.50kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade per 10 6 Sqm including cost and conveyance of bitumen onall other material and labor charges for brushing, cleaning, mechanical heating of bitumen and chips spreading bitumen for trackcoat spreading the premix to the required camber and rolling with 10 ton power roller and hire charges and operational charges ofall labor and power roller barricading diversion of traffic etc,. complete for finished item of works

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thickincluding reflectorising glass beads 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 7 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per Specification 803 MORTH

Supply and fixing of red stud 100x100 mm die cast in aluminium resisitant to corrosive effect of salt and grit fited with lense reflectoras installed in concrete or asphaltle surface by drilling holes 30mm upto depth of 600mm and bedded in suitable bluminous grout or epoxy mortor als per BS:673(PART 4) 1973
