Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth in all lead and lifts. At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges..

Excavation in earth work and banking in 20cm layers including breaking clods, ramming and dressing ground for the purpose of making embankment or filling up ground depressions upto all lead and lifts At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each. deposited layers by rammeing and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts, Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides of soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtr. In depth in all heights from floors.

d) Vertical surface such as walls ( any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts, Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

c) Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

d) wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pilasters,plimth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels (a). Tor steel. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in :- Walls including attached buttresses, pillasters and their caps and bases string courses upto floor two level including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weephole in brick masonry / stone masonry, plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 ( V ) : 20 ( H ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614,709, 1204.3.7

Stone filling behind retaining walls including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

WBM Grading 2:- Providing and laying spreading and compecting stone aggregate of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kn stetic roller in stages toproper grade and camber, applying brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification by mechanical means.

Providing & laying of interlocking cement concrete paver block pavement 80MM thickness (M30 Mix) as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504 of MORD & SP-63-2018 i/c bedding sand 30mm thick and to be manufectured in an appropriate plant with high frequency hydrulic press machine with controlled viberation and paving blocks with proper compaction . The contractor shall get prior approval of the paver blocks test samples of approved makes from the Engineer-in-incharge with in 15 dayes prior to the commencement of laying of block at site

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Clause 802,803,1202 & 1203. P.C.C. grade M 20 nominal mix (1:2:4)

Steel work welded with built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) In grating framed guard bars, ladders railing, brackets & similar work.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint. i) In single stanchions composed of rolled steel joists or channels with caps bases, splices, angles, brackets etc. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing wovenplains G.I. wire fencing of mesh 50mm to 150 mm to any type of standard rails , strainging bolts etc. including provision of binding wire , staples etc. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing galvanized steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-I) weighing 9.38 Kg per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (post and struts of wood, concrete, steel etc and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Base member of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Demolition of fencing work including M.S. post and wovenplains G.I. wire fencing mesh complete i/c stacking including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Erection of post & wovenplains G.I. wire fencing in retaining wall including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) over new steel and other metal surface either enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.- Enamel paint other than white.

Writing letters or figures on any surface with readymixed paint (other than white) (stop, comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid separately). Block letters/figures including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D- Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete 150mm dia pipes. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
