The drawers boxes are mounted on rollers slides to enable smooth operation of the drawer . upper 2 drawer box runs on bottom mounting channel and lower 1 filling drawer run on telescopic channels.The pedestal shall have central locking mechanism and ss brush finish handle . The key board tray made up of 18mm thick pre-lminated particle borad which runs on telescopic channels for smmoth operation. CARE TAKER CHAIR : High back revolving chair, the seat and back shall be madeup of 1.2 cm. thick hotpressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam, together with moulded seat and back covers. The polyurethane foam is moulded with density = 45 +/- 2 kg/m3 and hardness = 20 +/- 2 kg. on Hampden machine at 25% compression. The seat & back cover is injection moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort the seat has extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area. The onepiece armrests are made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore ‘A’ hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The mechanism is swivel tilt with one point control locking .The seat height adjustment with gas lift BIFFA standred class-3.The pedestal is injection moulded in black 30% glass-filled nylon and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in black nylon. Chair shall be upholstered in fabric of approved shade. Seat size-475(W)450(D) Back size-475(W)650mm (H) seat to back height. Fitted with Cap nut and M6 bolt. There PPCP shoes are available in the bottom of frame for avoid skretch on floor.

Head board of Bed size 900 mm x 45mm x 900mm Hight made of 19mm thich commercial board covered with 1st class teak veener on the front side . The back side covered with melamine PU polish in desire shade and colour . same in foot rest side made of 19mm commercial block board covered with 1st class teak veener in desire shade and colour with melamine PU polish in front side . all the visible side of Bed covered with veener and desire shade of PU polish .
