Labour charges for Shifting for shifting of 3-phase energy meter from existing vacant staff quarter to new Power House building by the Odisha state electricity board.

Labour charges for dismantling 15 KVA DG set from existing quarter and Re-installation, Testing and Commissioning of 15 KVA DG set.

Labour charges for Shifting of 15 KVA silent Genset from existing courtyard of the vacant staff quarter to new Power House building .

Labour charges for fabrication and fixing of silencer pipe by making hole on the wall with GI pipe of 2-inch dia with bend provision.(Approx length 3-mtr as per site) including the cost of materials with painting.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long (GI of Dia 2-Inch) etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.( For Genset earthing- 02 nos ) (DSR 2022-5.6)

Providing and laying 25mm X 3mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)(DSR 2022-5.8)

Labour charges for Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Up to 35 sq mm. (DSR 2022-7.4.1)

Supply and fixing of 16 sq mm, 3-core, copper, multistrand, pvc sheathed, Un-armored, 1100 volt grade cable.(From Genset to Bus bar incoming and outgoing)

Supply and fixing of 35 sq mm, 4-core, aluminum, multi strand, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable. (From electricity pole to new power house fuse unit. Tie up with electricity Dept. for this work)

Supply and fixing of 4 sq mm, 3-core, copper, single strand, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable. (From new power house to Lighthouse tower - 100 mtrs and From new power house to staff quarter-150 mtr)

Supply and fixing of 2.5 sq mm, 3-core, copper, single strand, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable.( From new power house to street light pole- 100 mtrs.)

Supply and fixing of 6 sq mm, 4-core, copper, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable. ( From new IQ to fountain power supply.)

Shifting and Re-installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5KWp solar plant equipment’s like Inverter, net meter, DCDB and ACDB, array junction box etc from vacant quarter to new power house along with all the input and output connection including earthing.
