Excavation in trenches by mechanical means n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and exc 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 3.00 m depth getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipes 200mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.03 above but internal dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 of dia 150mm, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches, jointed as specified

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 of dia 200mm, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches, jointed as specified

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bedding to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm internal dia of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces even and smooth finish without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 50mm thk precast man hole cover , Size 1500mmx300mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 50mm thick precast manhole cover, Size 1200x300mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 50mm thik precast man hole cover , Size 600mmx300mm complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.Note- Inner girth only shall be measured.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains in internal dia of pipe 150mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required.

M&L for Framed work such as steel steps/rungs for manholes including cut to length bent to shape fixed in concrete as required and directed.;conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting of existing road / path for laying of sewage pipe making good the cut surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary formwork as required including ramming work complete all as specified.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as directed.

M&L Machine pressed pre cast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment sand filling under floors 25mm thick including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type B-2, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.
