Contract Details

M&L for Earth work in all kind of soil excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m, complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in-charge.

M&L for laying in position 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering for all work as directed and specified

M&L for Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete for foundation, column. Beam etc complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in-charge.

M&L for Steel work In gratings, frames,MS sheet, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, hole fasts and similar works welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, punching holes for guard bars fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in-charge.

M&L for Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade new work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earth work in surface excavation for all kind of soils not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in sub base complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for cement concrete1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as in base course complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means buit in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rough excavation in soft soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hardcore (broken stone & boulders) of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and remmed to a true surface, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 as in base/ sub base for laying interlocking paver bolck complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade all as as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan nexc 6m mean radius bulit in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 as in side of path. Coping etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Powder coated (any colour) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, aluminium flats & aluminium grill inc all fitting assecory required as per site condition, with one or more rebates includng joining cleats for fixing etc . Complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in -charge.

M&L for powder coated (any colour) aluminium door shutter, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc. complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium (Extruded section) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 1 universal type, suitable for any door shutters width and of weight not more than 35kg, complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in-charge.

S&F prelaminated 12mm particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side blancing white lamination fixed with any sutiable any means to aluminium framing/doors/ windows etc, complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in-charge.

S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass fixed to aluminium door/frame/windows with area nexc 0.50 sqm in each pane, all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
