Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finished

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.
