Electrical repair package

In order to facilitate remove/refit of panels/lagging, following jobs to be carried out. Note: **During refit require consumable like screw, cable tie, lugs upto 4 sqmm, nut and bolt upto 6mm etc under vendor scope. ** Connection, disconnection and securing to be carried out.

Remove and refit of electrical items tube lights fittings ( 2 x40 w).

Remove and refit of electrical items tube lights fittings ( 2 x20 w).

Remove and refit of electrical switch sockets 5 amps at cabin space.

Remove and refit of electrical switch sockets 16 amps at cabin space.

Remove and refit of electrical toggle switch at cabin space.

Remove and refit of fire sensor detectors at cabin space.

Remove and refit of emergency lights 24 V DC at passenger space.

Remove and refit of cabin bed lamps .

Remove and refit of fire alarm point.

Remove and secure and refit of electrical cables along cable tray at various type (2 & 3 core , 4.5 m2). Approx- 500 m

Remove and refit of electrical panel board , switch socket , call point sockets , fridge room evaportor -03 Nos, bulb fittings 06 Nos along with associated fittings.

Helipad deck illuminution lights stbd base plate found corroded and damaged, same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size ( 160x110x6mm). *Material contractor supply

Near carpenter store electrical junction box holding bar corroded and thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size (610x70x8mm). *Material contractor supply

Life boat emergency light and ISPS flood light post round pipe corroded,holed and wasted, same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size ( L-1560 x DIA-800mm), top ISPS frame angle (200x60x60x6mm), top ISPS frame (210x220x110x6mm), flood light frame angle (200x60x60x6mm), flood light frame ( 230x210x100x6mm), side bar ( 70x60x6mm), electrical switch MS plate (100x100x6mm), nut & bolt -04 Nos (12mm). *Material contractor supply

Boat deck stbd side electrical wire conduit pipe near life boat No-1,3,5 upper portion holed , corroded and thinned down, same to be cropped and renewed. Approx (500x80mm)-02 Nos, (500x60mm)-02 Nos, (500x50mm)-06 Nos, (500x40mm)-02 Nos. *Material contractor supply

Extreme forward conduit pipe of talk back sysytem holed corroded and thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed, approx (500x25mm). *Material contractor supply.

Side of lamp store electrical switch socket holding plate , corroded and thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed, approx- (120x120x4mm).

Port side ships gangway limit switch conduit pipe thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size (500x40mm). *Material contractor supply.

Port & stbd side pilot entrance door base chopping bar half bulb pipe corrode and thinned down, same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size (850x70x8mm). *Material contractor supply.

Port side near gangway switch box conduit pipe of flood light holed , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size (800x40mm)-03 Nos. (sch 40 GI pipe -40NB with removal /relaying of cable- 15 Sqmm x5 Mtr only). *Material contractor supply.

Port side near ships gangway conduit pipe of limit switch broken, same to be renewed. Approx size -(400x40mm). *Material contractor supply.

MF/HF controller equipment key board button are working erratically, same to be rectified. Make-SAILOR,MODEL-HC 4500 ** All spares ship supply.

MAGNETIC COMPASS, MAKE- C PLATH Compass 2 Yrly adjustment due on 23.08.2024, same to be carried out and certified.

Spare magnetic compass, MAKE- C PLATH Compass 2 Yrly adjustment due on 31.12.2024,same to be carried out and certified.

Magnetic compass AC & DC supply dimmer switch Non-operational.same to be rectified. ** All spares ship supply.

Anemometer display to be shifted to forward of bridge console, cable to be extended from place around. ** All spares ship supply.

Talk back system Not working in many places, same to be checked and rectified the defects if required installed suitable speakers -02 No. ** All spares ship supply.

BAROMETER annual Calibration due on 11.05.2025, same to be carried out & certified.

Bridge window wiper blades to be renewed -03 Nos and blade frame alignment to be checked and rectified.

Aft main mast mast obstruction red lights Non ops and glass broken ,same to be renewed ,supplied and installed made operational as per sample. ** Lights and all spares ship supply.

RAM light frame located at aft main mast same to be removed and fitted with new light assembly. RAM Light (ship supply).

Ships xerox machine Not working , same to be repiared and over hauled. Make- CANoN, Model-Image Runner 2004, toner catridge model- NPG-59

Pre- SRT survey to be carried out with DG approved SRT vendor during APS/SRT survey. ** Vendor to arrange DG approved SRT agency. ** Authorization certificate to be submitted.

Few speakers of PA system are Not working at various place and PA system controller unit and mike ssytem on bridge also malfunctioning , all cabins and accomodation space speakers to be checked, same to be rectified and made operational before APS completeion survey . If required suitabe speakers Make- AHUJA HORN TYPE SPEAKERS to be renewed. Approx - 10 Nos, and cabin BOX type speakers to be renewed - Approx- 15 Nos ** All Spare ship supply

MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKERS: 3 phase, 600v, 1000A

Air circuit breakers to overhaul, defects to be rectified and box back and safety trips and satisfactory trial shown to ship staff. **All spares ship supply

Reverse power trip of all 3 generators to check and satisfactory trial to be shown to ship staff.

Under voltage and over current trips of all 3 generators to check and satisfactory trial to be shown to ship staff.

Both main engines pressure gauges situated in control room dash board like main lube oil before and after filters, gear oil before and after filters, Fuel oil before and after filters, Control air pressure and start air pressure gauges to calibrate and issue proper certificate. Defective pressure gauges to renew (ship supply) and satisfactory trial given to ship staff. **All spares ship supply

GALLEY EUIPMENTS:

OFFICERS GALLEY 4Nos hot plate(size300mmx300mm) and 1No hot plate(size 400mmx400mm). CREW GALLEY 4Nos hot plate(size300mmx300mm) and 1No hot plate(size 400mmx400mm). PASSENGER GALLEY 8 Nos hot plates (size 300mmx300mm) and 1No. hot plate (size 460mmx460mm) above hot plate wiring to be checked and defective wiring to renewed & breaker and switches to check defective to renew.and all plate to be leveled and after completion of work satisfactory trial shown to ship staff. **All spares/material ship supply

HOSPITAL ALARM SYSTEM:

Deck light fitting bases are corroded/wasted. Some of the main and emergency light fittings are missing. New bases to fabricate and fix. Broken/missing light fittings to renew and shown to ship staff. *Material and consumable contractor supply.

AE3 pannel contactor areNot secured properly some time is malfunctioning same to be check and to make properly secured arrangment and shown to ship staff.

Main emergency battery chargers, main engine control room battery charger panel to be cleaned, bolts & nuts tighttening to be check and shown to ship staff.

After restoring power from main switch board supply Emergency generator is Not stopping in auto mode as well as manual mode control panel fault to be checked and rectified satisfactory trail to be shown to ship staff.

Fridge rooms light fittings and switch to fit and secure properly(total-04 Nos.) and shown to ship staff. *Material and consumable contractor supply.

Search light supply connection cable to be renew 10 mtrs (apporoximate) wire (double core) (each) and male and female socket to be renew port and STBD side 02Nos. satisfactory trial shown to ship staff. *Cable and socket contractor supply.

New flood light fittings to be installed near boat deck fwd (port and stbd side)MMD surveyer recomandation and shown to ship staff. MATERIAL 20mtrs two core wire,200watts LED lights 2No's, and 2Nos.male and female plugs and with proper rotating bracketts. **All spares ship supply.

Separate wiring to be made for split AC port and STBD for bridge. Wire two core 4mm squre 50 meter (approximate). Required panel to be remove and refit by contractor, satisfactory trial to be showned to ship staff. **Consider the following Removal & refitting of below items over head panel (5000 X 3000)mm, pvc beading and channels-25000 mm, AC ducting -0 02 nos,tubelight fittings(2 X20w)- 02 nos,curtain channel-4000mm,VDR voice recorderr -01 no,curtain wooden rack-02 nos **All spares and cable ship supply.

MARINEX DIGITAL, Digital telephone exchange malfuntioning same to be checked and rectified and satisfactory trial to be showned to ship staff. **All spares ship supply.

Switch and plugs to be repair/renew in bridge required spare to be supplied by contractor. approx. 10 Nos. each. Satisfactory trial to be shown to ship staff.
