M&L for repair and rectification of external LT electric supply complaints on 1100 Volts grade, over head/underground system alongwith necessary T&P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:-

Replacement of worn out jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor. Note:- Single phase/two wire or 3 phase/4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Taking out existing cable of following sizes from Junction boxes/overhead lines/LT Pannels/Poles/PCC Copying and cut out the worn out/burnt portion of cable, extend the cable from loop including excavation and re-fixed the same after providing new lugs using crimping tools, providing heat shrinkable end termination joint of suitable size as required and as directed by Engg-in- charge:-

Note :- (i) Aluminium lugs, LT end Jointing Kits, Cable protection Pipe, Excavation, Returning Filling, Removing, Sand and PCC copying of poles if required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the pole coping and inserting the cable alongwith protection pipes. Repairs of PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs Glow sign board of size 2 m x 1.5 m x 0.20 m made out of 1.0 mm thick tin sheet all side except front side aluminium beading "L" shape at all boarder exterier and interier side, front should be Flex sheet 2.0 mm thick of blue colour and written the subject matter as given by the Engr-in-charge in english capital letter in white colour with twin LED tubelight fitting 1x22 watt (2 nos) including all electrical connection with surface conduit wiring 1.5 Sqmm ((length not exceeding 8 meter) copper wire with drilling and necessary required arrangement for fixing of board including testing as all spcified and directed.

Repair/maintenance, excluding major spares but including regular maintenance of the Automatic Power factor correction panel capacity up to 125 KVARs and up 8/10 stages installed at various locations at AFS Harni camp or airfield Baroda area including carrying out complete maintenance/repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. based control panels, feeder pillar, APFC relay, Power capacitor bank, Power contactors, Control wiring, Monitoring CT, MCBs/MCCBs for isolation (with all the accessoires) any breakdown maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts/new parts if any. Project completion and trouble shooting responsibility also lies with contractor including following provisions complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of checking of system fortnightly, replacement of defective control wiring, small part such as Push button, lugs any auxilary contatct,auto selctor switch etc and necessary servicing repair by expert technician and register will be maintaned for the same. (iii) The scope of work includes the labour charges required for removing, repairing, refixing, carrying out electrical termination, capacitors bank, APFC relay, power contactor, contol CT, MCBs/MCCB and fixing/installing/testing and commissioning the complete system. (iv)Measure components such as capacitors bank, APFC relay, power contactor, control CT, MCBs/MCCB shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for road crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, GI pipe light grade of size up to 100 mm dia with 6 mm thick in any length including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto 400 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 1 coats of aluminium paint including throughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos blue and 2 Nos white) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Writting of Pole number with black colour synthetic enamelled paint deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Painting the existing LT PCC poles with 1 coats of weather proof outdoor paint including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with one coat of aluminium paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 blue and 2 white) from bottom of pole to 1.5 metres height , writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed. Note: Writting of Pole number with black colour synthetic enamelled paint deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and Labour for cleaning and removing of vegetation, surface dressing surrounding the LT panel, preparation of outer surface by grinder and remove all rusted portion, applying putty on rough surface , applying one coat of primer, spray painting of panel with two coats synthetic enamel paint of existing colour or Approved colour as per existing complete including providing lock all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for cleaning and removing of vegetation, bushes, surface dressing upto a depth not less than 10cm to remove the vegitation up to root surrounding the all 11 KV Electric Installation premisses all around Approx 25-30 Sqmtr area complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cleaning vegetation required quaterly, cleaning of each Quater measured one job for a installation.

Supply and fixing in repair steel light brackets made out of 40 mm bore mild steel GI light grade tubing over all length 1.5 mtr bend to shape as directed including providing two Nos MS flat iron 40x6 mm clamp of appropriate size with nut bolts and washer duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer (GI surface shall not be painted) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 1 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible cable 1100 volts grade from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Junction box 290 x 200 x 130 mm Polycarbonate Hinged Enclosure box for cable in / out of street light LT cable, out door type, testing and commissioning with locking arrangements fixed on poles 4 pole 100 Amp Connetor , including MCB SP - 01 Nos for connecting suitable size of XLPE UG cable complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair On-Load changeover switch (In sheet steel enclosure), AC 21 (Side Handle), 4 pole of capacity 250 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of insulation tap roll for cable protection of following sizes :-

(a) 25 mm Size of 100 RM length Note: Tape roll supplied under the work shall be taken on charge by Engineer-in-Charge. Copy of RV duly verified by AO shall be submitted alongwith payment and RV number shall be entered in MB.

M&L for welding to existing broken panel doors and fixing good quality hinges(any size any number of hinges per panel as per existing) of suitable size for making the panel doors fully functional and fixing/welding angle/notch and Nut Bolts washers of suitable size to keep the door locked and including welding and making good any other broken portion of panel(double door also) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Repairing of LT Panel by cutting out Corroded/worn out body of LT Panel and refixing the 3.6mm Stainless steel sheet with suitable Angle by suitable welding, over and above where Base MS Channel of LT Panel is broken also shall be changed with proper New Channel as per existing using suitable welding /P CC work including painting of panel with approved colour by spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note Rate for MS Channel and stainless steel sheet is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for preapring old painted steel surfaces of LT Panel and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint using spray painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

Checking/testing of Earth resistance value of earthing pits Installed inside Darjipura, camp and hari airfield area as requirement basis as directed by Engr in Charge or as schedule and making the damaged earthing serviceable by pouring salted water into earthing or making continuity by GI strips and bringing down the resistance value within specified limits. including maintenance of existing earthing by cleaning the earth chamber funnel and cleaning of vagetation surrouding earthing pit up to 2 mtr. Note: (i) The contrcator will deploy a team for eacheach DG set at darjipura to test the resistance value of earthings in each zone to complete the process within one month. The entire process will be repeated after every six months (half yearly) upto completion of the contract. (ii) one earthing testing in one season is measured one job. (iii) Digital Earth tester will be arrenge by the contractor his own. (iv) Date of testing and due date of testing is to be written on a register with sign of user rep & Engr-in Charge . (iv) Testing and correction action is to be done within one month from date of commencement . earthings is to be completed within one month. Thereafter on half yearly basis or as directed byEngr-in charge and same is to be completed within one month.The contractor has to deploy electrician with helper and testing equipment and all the resources to complete the task within one month. (v) If any material required for improvement of resistence value which value is more than their permissible limit will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for replacement of broken earth pit made out of PCC 1:2:4Mix, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 20 mm thick and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Earthing complete in repairs with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead as eGI strip of 32X6mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM jali weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth strip including GI pipe for protection of earth lead. Any additional length of earth strip if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F in replacement of GI strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground after testing point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying of power plus gel in 5 KG packaging for reducing Soil resistivity reducing /Earth resistance The gel applying in existing earth pit with diluted in water complete all as specified and directed. .Make POWERTECH INDUSTRIES LTD or equivalent ISI marked make as approved by the GE.

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
