Comprehensive sanitary and plumbing maintenance including repair/replacement of toilets, cisterns, wash basins, urinals, traps (P, S), and bathroom fittings (bib cocks, pillar cocks, stop cocks, angle valves, flush valves, health faucets, showers); quarterly inspection and upkeep of sanitary fixtures in staff quarters, visitor facilities, animal keeper areas, and offices; repair of pipelines (GI, CPVC, UPVC), joints, fittings, taps, valves, gate valves, ball valves, NRVs, and water supply lines including tanks, pump outlets, and enclosure points; clearing of blockages in pipelines, drains, washrooms, kitchens, and staff quarters; repair of downpipes, drainage lines, rainwater pipes, stormwater outlets; cleaning and minor repair of overhead/storage tanks and distribution chambers with maintenance of float valves, fittings, and inlet/outlet pipes; supply of ISI‑marked sanitary and plumbing consumables (pipes, fittings, taps, valves, wash basins, cistern parts, flush valves, accessories, cleaners, disinfectants, sealants, etc.); and emergency response to leakage, burst pipes, blocked drains, overflowing tanks, and broken sanitary fittings in enclosures, staff quarters, visitor areas, and critical service zones.
