Manual operation of electrically operated lifts of any capacity, any type and make at Naushakti Vihar to serve any number of floors by providing separate lift operator (semi skilled) in each shift of 8 hours duration per each lift, including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Out sourcing : One lift operator (semi skilled) per shift of 08 Hrs Total No of lifts: 18 Nos Total No of Lift Operators : 16 Nos DETAILS OF MANPOWER MO(V) - 13 lifts (General shift) (excluding all Sundays, Holidays and 2nd Saturday of respective month) - 13 LIFT OPERATORS for 13 Lifts WED(V) - 01 lift (General shift) (excluding all Sundays, Holidays and 2nd Saturday of respective month) 01 LIFT OPERATOR for 01 Lift BV YARD - 03 lifts (General shift) (excluding all Sundays, Holidays and 2nd Saturday of respective month) 01 LIFT OPERATOR for 3 LIFTS CE (Navy) type V quarter - 01 lift (Ist & II nd shift) including sundays and holidays. 01 LIFT OPERATOR per shift for 01 Lift Shifts & timings:- Ist shift - 0630 Hrs to 1430 Hrs IInd shift - 1430 Hrs to 2230 Hrs General Shift - 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs

Notes : (a) In case of non function of passenger lifts, the goods lift installed in the same building to be operated as directed. (b)The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair/ replacement of perished/ unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessorises, cleaning /up keeping of lift & surrounding area. (c) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning of installations. (d) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and replace 200 mm bore CI sluice valves PN 1.6 (raising type) conforming to IS 14846 flanged end with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle flanged joints including necessary nuts, bolts, and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SL item No.2 above but of size 150 mm dia.

All as per SL item No.2 above but of size 100 mm dia.

All as per SL item No.2 above but of size 80 mm dia.

Supply and replace 200 mm bore CI foot valve, flanged type with necessary rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washers complete all specified and directed.

All as per SL item No.6 above but 150 mm dia.

All as per SL item No.6 above but 100 mm dia.

All as per SL item No.6 above but 80 mm dia.

Supply and replace 160 Amps ON- LOAD change over switch 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 160 Amps with SS enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SL item No.10 above but of size 200 Amps capacity.

All as per SL item No.10 above but of size 400 Amps capacity.

All as per SL item No.10 above but of size 630 Amps capacity.
