M&L for PCC1:4:8 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection paving etc 75mm thick finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for 300mm X 300mm and 10mm thick high traffic paver tiles (colured) joint free as in floor, skarting and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Dismantling of post struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section incl Taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down barbed wire fixed in any position , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barberd with 2 mm dia bar at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standerd rails straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossig with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed each line of wire to be measured, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm barbs at 75 mm spacing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of mild steel galvanised wire all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to the fitted withnwashers &one hexgonal or square nut exe 5cm n exc 10cm long &11 to 15mm in dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggr as in coping benching and surface channel finished fair and even incl necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for raking out joints in cement mortar to random rubble or uncoursed or brought up to course stone masonry wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for raised pointing to random rubble, uncoursed masonry in CM 1:4 without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in RR stone masonry walls,including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for one coat of synmthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.
