Carriage from Divisional Store upto site, loading, un-loading, laying ,stringing, tensioning , binding of ACSR Conductor, (50mm2 ACSR Conductor) as per REC standard.

Supply, transportation and fixing of GI Channel /Angle Iron for Cross Arms, Braces, Transformer Belt, F-Top, Collers etc for Sub Station and poles (Complete Job including Nuts & Bolts and Washers)

Supply and fixing of 11kV Polymeric composite Pin Insulator 12kV, 5kN, Lighting Impulse 75kV Positive and 80kV Negative, creepage distance 320mm

Earthing of Poles Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm 3mtr long through GI Strip 25x3 mm (as per REC Standards)

Supply, Carriage up to site, Installation, testing and Commissioning of danger Plates

Supply, Carriage up to site, Installation, testing and Commissioning of anti-climbing devices with clamps

Cement bottoming of S.T poles in 1:2:4 mix 1/6th of the height of pole below the ground and 1ft above the ground cylnerical shape with circular radius 9” from the pole centre) using 40mm crushed stone aggregate mix. As per Drawing 0.5 cum/polePit =( 600x600x1600)& Tappered at the Top. (as per REC standard) for 9 MTR ST Pole

Painting of ST Poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint to give an even shade using anti corrosive paint of standard brand (Nerolac/ Asian) paints) including cost of paint.

Supply, Carriage up to site, Installation, of Sign Board (2X2 feet) along with required accessories like clamps, nuts and bolts etc.

Supply, Carriage up to site, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Sundry items like Aluminium lugs, Jumpers, Binding tapes etc.

Pre, during and post geo tagged photographic evidence consisting of 5x7 inch photographs in coffee table book (covering each pole/Sub Station)
