Installation of Bore well along with submersible pumping unit and allied fittings for SWM Plant at MC Charisharief in District Budgam.

Drilling of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

Supplying, assembling, Lowering ad fixing in vertical position in bore well ERW Fe 410 mild steel screwed or socketed/Plan ended 125mm nominal dia (Ms 125mm) casing pipe confirming to IS: 4270: 2001 with upto date amendments of reputed & approved make, including painting of outside brand and manufacture including required transportation hire & labor charges, fitting/welding and accessories all complete for all depths as per direction of engineer in charge. The casing pipe is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer.

Providing, fitting and commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. Complete details of the job are as under: • P/F/T and commissioning of single phase pumping equipment with following specifications: Discharge = 800-600 GPH, Head =80-100m Motor Rating = not less 2.0 HP The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment. It includes P/F of MU-G/Panel starter suitable for motor rating and as decided by site Engineer.

Providing/Fitting of risers 32 mm dia GI coloumn pipe (Class-B) pipe (3Mtr in length) is propoerly threaded at both the ends. The pipe shall be provided and fitted with GI socket for joining purpose, including the connection from delivery to storage sump.

Providing/Fitting of 7.5 KVA single phase automatic voltage stablizer, type along with allied accessories viz 3 pin top, MCB etc input voltage 90-150 v, output 220 v.

P/F of submersible cable 4 sq. mm, connecting pumping unit with motor starter.

P/F of 40mm dia MS holding clamps (02 Nos. ) fabricated out of 10mm thick MS plate with nuts and bolts.

P/F of reducer 32mm dia- 25mm = 01 No. Reducer 40mm dia-32mm = 01 No. The job also includes providing and fitting of 32mm dia GI bend= 02 Nos. well cap class-B

P/F of 5mm steel wire rope for holding sub-type pumping unit.

Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ft x 4f x 1ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes Providing/laying of PCC edges of 4" x 4" in 1:3:6 mix and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centring, curing etc. is included in the scope of work. In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly.
