Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm exc 50mm and n exc 100 deep complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with broken stone coarse aggregate (lime stone/sand stone/flint/quartzite etc.) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with a power roller, 8 to 12 tonnes to form a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen) VG -10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaced water bound macadam including preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each in area including sweeping from dust & mud or water securing sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth but making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings/ road metal) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using with paving bitumen VG-30 of any penetration of consolidated thickness n.exc 75mm with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, laid & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer Paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing Bituminous premixed carpet,30 cm consolidated thickness,with 0.41 cu.m. of stone chippings (0.28 cum of 12.5 mm size and 0.13 cum of 10mm size mixed with 21.9 kg of binder paving bitumen VG-30, rolled and compacted with vibratory roller and compacted with with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and applying Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen VG-30 per 10 Sqm, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing bituminous surface of road and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) of approved color conforming to BS3262-1989 with special applicator machine, 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T & P etc required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint white, golden or yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.
