Cleaning and removing rubbish,earth and other filthy materials including removing plant & surbs from bridge surface/compound by sweeping, cleaning of drainage spouts by barricading including removing of the same as directed to within 75m radious.

Washing and cleaning the wall surface and celling by soft detergent powder and soft water render the surface free of dust, stain etc.

Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5.(b) 50 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M-30 grade for non-traffic zone,buiding premises,garden,parks,domestic drive as per IS: 15658- 2006(over 20-30 mm medium sand bed on 200mm thk bound gnaular /granular base course including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base course & subgrade preparation.) Welding by gas / electric plant including transportation of welding plant at site including cutting, forging & drilling to required shape.

M.S. work in Rolled steel joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc. including hoisting, placing in position including providing staging and removing after completion of works and cutting to sizes as required excluding necessary nuts & bolts and cost of welding. (Analysed rate)

Labour for hoisting and placing in proper position (up to 1st floor level) departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc. including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary (but excluding cost of such bolts and nuts)

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A)Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :b) On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) -iv) Two Coats (with any shade except white)

Applying epoxy mortar ( 10 mm nominal thick) over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical specification.

Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary. Medium Sand.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches. Ref.: Page- 47 Item.3 of PWD (Building) 2017

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.(II) By Mechanical Means

Providing, laying and rolling of Bituminous cold mix on prepared base consisting of a mixture of unheated mineral aggregate and emulsified, including mixing in a Plant of suitable type and capacity, transporting, laying, compacting and finishing to specified grades and levels as per Clause 518 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) Using 9.5mm or 13.2 mm nominal size aggregate

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).A. For Grading 1 (19 mm nominal size, 50 mm thick.)
