3rd Dry Dock repair and maintenance of FBOP SP Kamakhya

STEEL PLATE REPLACEMENT Under water hull plates of Vessels (bottom plating, both ship side shell plating including wind & water strakes, Aft ship side plating, front ship side plating, entire main deck plating, Bridge and bridge deck plating, super structure, vertical plating, all monkey deck plats etc. required to be de-rusted/ sand blasted and ultrasonic thickness measurement be carried out approx. 05 points per square meter to assess extent of corrosion. On the basis of USG report any plate if diminished more than 15% of original thickness must be replaced with new. Approximate 15 tons steel plates are estimated to be replaced during the dry dock repair. Steel plate should be approved by IRS /Classification society. All rusted stiffeners, machinery/equipment and main engine bases, Radar Antenna base, GPS base, Navigational light antenna base, and search light base are required to be renewed. All tanks i.e. sewage tanks, water tanks, Fuel tanks, Void tanks and other tanks to be internally examined & clean as well as gauging for thickness be carried and deteriorated plates required to be replaced. The deteriorated Bulk heads, hatches, exhausts, Roof covers of main engine, Anchor base structures required to be repaired/renewed. All rusted ventilators & meshes packing & gasket other all deck fittings required to be renewed. Rusted portion of Alarm based panel of wheel house, Main engine HRP gear box cover hinges, HRP Engine enclosure at top and doors packing, Roofing, Bases, plates of main deck petrol station, Electrical panel of both Anchor Winch, Roofing of the machinery room entrance, Corroded /rusted MMG protection guards, HRP covers, HRP protection vertical wall of the hull, HRP base including mounting hooks, angular iron stiffeners. All wind screen cover/frame, window frames, port holes, any other steel fittings / fixtures of complete vessel required to be checked and if rusted /diminished more than 15% need to be renewed at the time of dry dock repair. Any plates / iron structure Visibly identified as deteriorated needs replacement. Plate renewal to be carried out as per applicable IRS diminution limit and visual examination. All plates of hull under the suction strainer sounding points be provided with double plates in all tanks. The actual quantity of steel replace/renewed during the repair will be assessed by the BSF Board of Officer alongwith IRS rep and the payment will be made for actual consumption as per quoted rate of tonnage. The additional /less payment of steel will be division of rates quoted by the firm by 15 tons. .

MAIN ENGINES (PORT AND STBD SIDE) Main Engine model No NTA 855M (BC-III) Kirlosker Cummins 325 HP – 2 Nos running hours as on date are as under :- PORT side main Engine model No NTA 855M (BC-III) Kirlosker Cummins 325 HP (Sl No.25278624 run hrs covered 7341:45 Hrs up to May 2024. STBD side Main Engine model No NTA 855M (BC-III) Kirlosker Cummins 325 HP (Sl No. 25278624 run hrs covered 7586:40 Hrs up to May 2024. Both main engines as mentioned above required to be carried out major overhauling. The repair/service/calibration of all machineries and accessories of main engine like Injectors, oil cooler, , Fan drive, All safety controls, Thermostat, etc to be carried out by manufacturer’s authorized /reputed service centre. Defective/diminished part be replaced

Fresh water pumps required to be repaired by changing complete repair kit and if not repairable replace with new one.

Radiators required to be replaced as per marine engine requirement

Defective rubber hoses, gaskets, packing and all seals required to be replaced.

Defective Electrical wiring with harness & meters should be replaced

Main engine door rubber beat required to be replaced.

Main engine foundation mounting pads required to be replaced if defective

Defective hydraulic oil pipes required to be replaced

Complete engine oil required to be replaced. Engine oil Grade 20W 40

Defective Manifold fuel supply, manifold fuel drain, tubing fuel supply, tubing fuel by pass of both engines required to be replaced

Corrosion resistor assy if defective required to be replaced

Turbo charger required to be repaired with repair kit if not repairable replace.

Fuel Pump Calibration and adjustment as per specified fuel pressure for marine engine regulation required to be carried out and Governor required to be serviced.

Injector Calibration and pressure testing and changing of injector repair kit complete required

Starter Motor and alternator required to be serviced.

All Safety devices and gauges installed on engine to be checked if defective then replaced

Oil cooler required to be chemically cleaned and pressure test required be done if not functioning properly then replacing with new

Hub Fan checked & defective parts to be replaced

Defective Main engine various gauges, sensor & indicators installed in wheel house required to be replaced with new.

Lub oil Pump required to be Servicing, defective parts to replaced

Exhaust silencer of both engines required to be replaced with new.

It is observed that oil leakage from sump of port side main engine is required to be repaired.

All defective piston, rings, liner, bearing, connecting rod, gudgeon pin etc. to be replaced with new one.

All cylinder head need decarbonizing & servicing, defective parts need replacement.

Crankshaft, camshaft polishing /grinding if required

HRP PROPULSION SYSTEM HRP Thruster System BV model No 3212-DU (Deck mounted propulsion units’ type) type- HRP-3000 PORT side – Sl No - 39610702 - 5 Year 2002 STBD side – Sl No - 39610702 - 6 Year 2002 Port side & Stbd side HRP system required to be precisions servicing and overhauling. Complete system required to be thoroughly checked. If leakage observed required to be rectified by replacing necessary seals/ gasket. Gauges, relays, sensors switches, panels consoles to be repaired / calibrated and synchronised with main engine

Port and STBD side HRP unit required to overhauling. Clutch & pressure plates, Bearings, all “O” rings, Radial oil top seal, all oil seals and dust oil seal required to be replaced with new.

Gear oil OMALA 150 or Equivalent required to be replaced. 280 Ltrs Approx. Spare oil 120 Ltrs need to be kept to top up

Hydraulic oil Tellus 46 or Equivalent grade required to be replaced. 400 Ltrs Approx. 200 Ltrs need to be kept on boat for top up.

Radial Propeller Shaft seal required to be replaced and rubber duster Seal, Rubber “O” ring of various sizes required to be replaced.

Hydraulic pressure pipes and rusted nut & bolts required to be replaced

Control panel & indicator of engine room and bridge console synchronization need to be serviced. Errors to be corrected. Both side control panel to be made operational. Port and STBD Solenoid switches of HRP units to be serviced.

Upper and lower Gearbox required to be completely overhauling. Defects parts required replacement.

Alignment and servicing of vertical shaft required to be carried out and outer casing need to be also checked rusted portion to be renewed.

Propeller shaft in each engine need alignment and balancing and clearance checking . Universal joints required to be replaced.

Both hydraulic pump of HRP system required to be serviced (defective parts be replaced).

All the electronic Control Units (ECU), relays, sensors, Control Board (PCB), panel board, wire fitted in wheel house and main engine thoroughly checked/serviced defective parts be replaced.

All Solenoid Valve of HRP unit required to be serviced

HRP Thruster required to be serviced and adjust the clearance

Main Engines and HRP system required to be synchronize/calibrate to each other for proper functioning.

Both Propellers required be cleaning & polishing. If any damage observed on Propeller blades, then propellers dimension and thickness clearance needs to be corrected and balancing of propeller required to be done properly

Synchronization of joystick with dial indicator and HRP required to be done with and further propeller position error should be rectified

Oil leakage from vertical drive shaft casing is required to be checked and serviced. If found leakage then outer casing required to be replaced with new. All oil seal need replacement in the vertical stem of HRP Unit and after replacement pressure test be carried out at workshop to check the leakage so that after undocking there must not any problem.

All bearing clearance of upper and lower Gear Box unit to be checked and replaced if clearance is beyond permissible limit.

All electrical & electronic control system sensors potential meter etc be checked and calibrated for proper function of unit from wheel house and locally from main engine control board.

DIESEL GENERATOR SET (PORT & STBD) 02 No. New 65 KW Marine DG Set along with all accessories and sea water cooling system arrangement required to be installed in place of old D G Sets compatible with existing power distribution system/ control panel or replace with new. The Guarantee/Warrantee card of respective make be provided to BSF to access Guarantee/Warrantee service as per OEM schedule

AC PLANT Existing AHU unit required to be removed and compartment of AHU unit room required to be converted in to store with separate door as suggested by BSF during the dry dock

AC air duct pipes passing through VIP cabin bathrooms, SO’s Cabin, Captain cabin, Officer Dining space and AHU room need to be removed and holes to be properly sealed to make more space in the respective compartment.

Following split AC,s are required to be serviced and cooling required to be checked a Ryoku 2 Ton VIP Cabin- 1 01 Required to be serviced. 2 Ton AC of VIP cabin shifted to SOs dining. b Sanyo 5 star 1.5 Ton Jawan Barrack 01 c Sanyo 5 star 1.5 Jawan Barrack 01 Total 03 Note: - Refilling of Refrigerant Gas as per requirement in split AC, s. Servicing of Split AC and required to be making operational (Defective valves, copper pipe, filters to be replaced). After serving, testing of gas leakage required to be carried out in proper manners.

New split AC,s (copper winding ) required to be installed at following cabins/location of vessels for sufficient cooling as per following details a Voltas/Carrier Jawan Barrack 1.5 Ton 02 b VIP cabin 1 Ton 01 c Captain cabin 1 Ton 01 d Officer mess 1 Ton 01 e SOs cabin 1.5 Ton 02 1 (VIP) 1 SOs f Jawan dining 1.5 Ton 02 g Wheel house 1.5 Ton 02 Total 11

Suitable arrangement is required to be mounted in FBOP for drain of All split AC water directly in sewage line or out to sea (CPVC 1’’ Pipe required to be used with properly Fitting). Proper arrangement is required to be installed during dry dock to avoid water leakage wherever split ACs are installed.

01 Split AC of Wheel house required to be fitted as to cover half portion in wheel house and other half for signal Centre cabin installed in wheel house.

AC insulations be checked and defective AC insulations need to be replaced

MAST REPAIR WORK Defective base plate of anchor light, navigation light, communication equipment’s main Mast, National and BSF Flag base, Main Mast bottom supporting members & brackets, Mast arm & flag hoisting pulley etc. wasted portion required to be renewed. Height of foldable mast is required to be decreased as suggested by BSF if required at the time of dry dock and manual winch arrangement to be serviced for easy lifting/down while sailing under bridges / HT lines

GUARD RAILS AND RAILING CHAIN REPLACEMENT Main, weather & monkey deck wasted / thinned railings, conduit pipes, fixtures & guards rails required to be replaced. All Railing chains are in rusted condition required to be replaced with SS chain

HDPE TANK REPLACEMENT 02 Nos HDPE tank of fresh & sea water need to be replaced with high density heat proof 3-layer tanks with threaded cover and defective guard railings and base of tanks need to be renewed with FRP laminated metal sheet to hold the water tank properly . Inlet and outlet pipe lines be checked if found leakage then replace with heavy duty CPVC pipes

NAVIGATIONAL EQUIPMENT (RADAR, MAGNETIC COMPASS, ECHO SOUNDER, BAROMETER, SEARCH LIGHT, PANEL BOARD INDICATORS ) Echo sounder with sensor required to be made serviceable if not repairable replace with new one. Display required to install at suitable place on-board.

GPS required to be serviced and calibrated

RADAR system showing fault display required to be made operational by replacing with new one. Defective connection cables need to be replaced.

Antenna, router unit required to be serviced by authorized workshop/OEM and adjustment.

01 No Barometer recommended for calibration

02 Nos Search light fitted on the Monkey deck required to be serviced. Defective parts be replaced and rusted be renewed. Search light fitting and beam adjustment, rotary fitments required to be serviced.

Loud speaker, PA equipment system to be made operational. Defective cables, mike, Speakers, Amplifier required to be replaced with new with latest model.

01 No Magnetic compass required servicing and calibration.

01 No Clinometer (manual) recommended for calibration if shown error then 01 No new Clinometer latest version required to be installed in FBOP.

Defective navigational wheel house console, Switches, Gauges, indicators and harness required to be replaced with new.

PIPE LINES (SEWAGE SEA WATER, FRESH WATER AND FUEL LINE) All air pipes and air pipe heads on the main deck required to be opened for internal examination and wasted portions to be Replaced. All fresh water line, fuel supply lines, sewage lines, fire lines and bilge system lines required to be pressure tested and defective pipes recommended to replace. Diesel Oil Tank vent pipe, Clogged/Wasted drain pipe between decks, Sewage Tank Air Vent wasted portion needs to be replaced. All air vents required to be overhead meshes renewed.

All defective sea water lines / sea chest are required to be renewed as per marine standards.

Checking of vent pipes of all water tanks & fuel tanks to be done and replace the defective pipes.

Various vent pipes, flanges, gaskets, joints at main deck, main sea water suction, fresh water line, fuel line bilge/fire system lines etc. required to be serviced/renewed

Colour coding / direction of flow of all pipes (complete portion of pipe)required to be done as per marine standards

Complete sea water cooling pipe lines from sea chest main line to DG set cooling pump and outlet line be replaced with new

All new metallic pipe line installed to be bended where ever required from any hydraulic workshop and no welding’s at bent is permitted except flange connections to avoid undue rusting.

Colour coding of pipe line be done as per marine standard.

VALVES All valves including sea chest valves and overboard valves required to be overhauled and to be pressure tested if fails in testing then required to be replaced with new. Various sizes of defective Valve seat, Spindle wheels, nut bolts, gasket, joints, and collar of sea water, fresh water and fuel system required to be replaced.

Defective under water sea suction line, mud box, strainers and other fixture in engine room required to be renewed. Strainer net is required to be renewed with SS material instead of MS where ever applicable. Wasted/corroded sea water lines in engine room to be renewed as required.

Colour coding all valves required to be done as per marine standards

PUMPS AND MOTORS Electric Blower Motor machinery room- 02 Nos required to be serviced (bearings, bushes required to be replaced with new). Fan of blower required to be check and replace if defective

Electric Motor of Anchor winch (03 Nos.) Electric motor for anchor winch bearing bushes to be replaced. New parts of motors fitting and adjusting the anchor winch required to be carried out. Defective operating switches with cables of 03 Nos Anchor winch required to be replaced with new.

Exhaust fan motors of galley, Jawan toilet, SO’s cabin and VIP room= total 04 Nos required to be serviced and all defective parts be replaced.

Davit Motors -04 Nos. Oil refilling required to be done of davit. Bearing, switches, seals, gaskets of motors required to be replaced. Lifting spreader Bar to be replaced with suitable load capacity. Davit limit switch to be replaced. Rope guard to be checked and renewed on the rope drum if required

Davit motors be overhauling and varnish. Checking and adjusting all four davit motors for proper movement for cradle specified space. Davit manual rotary gear required fully serviced.

Window wiper motor in the wheel house 04 Nos required to be serviced.

Domestic Sea Water Pump and motor - 2 Nos. Above Domestic Sea Water Pump and motor -02 nos required to be serviced.

Fuel transfer pumps & motor-01 No and 01 fuel transfer rotatory pump required to be serviced.

Bilge/Fire Pumps and motor – 02 Nos required to be complete overhauled and water pressure required to be checked after overhauling.

Domestic Fresh Water Pumps and motor – 2 Nos. Above Domestic Fresh Water Pumps and motor–2 nos are required to be overhauled.

Semi Rotary hand pumps –2 Nos are required to be serviced and made operational, defective parts to be replaced

Existing D D Fire pump and Engine required to be overhauled. After overhauling, sea suction functioning required to be checked and sea suction pipe required to be replaced with new one. Base structure of DD fire pump required to be renewed.

Sewage discharge pump and motor -02 Nos. Out of which 01 motor with pump (Stbd) required to be serviced and 01 motor with Johnson Pump (Port) required to be replaced with new. Coupling of both required to be replaced with new.

Colour coding of all motors and pumps required to be done as per marine standards.

PETROL/DIESEL PUMP& FUEL DISPENSER UNIT (1 set) Petrol Pump latest version digitals type required to be installed instead of existing petrol pump along with 12 mtr delivery pipe.

Petrol tank exhaust fan motor required to be serviced.

Additional diesel pump self-priming with flow meter be installed in the appropriate place with 12 meters delivery pipe, equivalent capacity of petrol pump.

AWNING FITTING Awning fitting required to be replaced on middle deck. The fibre sheet, aluminium strip, nut & bolts etc. required to be replaced with new. (Only SS 316 grade nut and bolt required to be used).Awning fittings to suit to hold the solar panel arrangement mentioned at Chapter V 18(iii)

DAVITS AND BOAT CRADLES:- 04 Nos. davit (davit arm, wheel guard, pulley, Hell pin/locking pin of davit boom, breaker, switch gear) needs to be repair.

Bushes, wires, limit switches of davits be replaced

Cradle foundation damages and required to be repaired. The wire and break pad be repair and greasing. Electrical panel required to be servicing.

Davit arm need to be strengthened by welding 2 supports from both side. Davit load test required to be done by speed boats.

Davit gear box 04 nos. required to be serviced.

04 Nos. Fast Patrol Boat cradles wasted portion to be replaced. The wooden planks with Neoprene rubber finder/pads of cradle should be replaced.

Suitable SRF canopy cover required to be provided to cover the davit motors

04 Nos new davit wire rope required to be provided Davit wire 10 MM, B/S – 2 Ton as per sample one side fold back eye with thimble and pressed metal sleeve at 03 places, other side plain.

ANCHOR WINCH AND CHAIN / CABLE Rope- Dia – 16 MM Rope drum speed – 9 Mtrs/min @ 1000 Kgs for 30 Min Electric motor output- 5 HP Electric motor speed – 1500 RPM Current – A/C, Voltage supply- 415 V System of control- Push button operated Gear Box Reduction type, M S fabricated Oil splash lubricated, mounted on the base frame. Overhauling of compete anchor arrangement required to be carried out. Winch, turnbuckles and swivel assy. and Worn out brake pads, Windlass clutch, bearings and magnetic brakes required to be repaired. Gear case required to be cleaned and oil to be Filled.

03 Nos. new swivel shackle complete to be provided. As per vessel requirement/suitability

03 Nos. wire rope to be replaced / provided Size 16/19 mm, Length-60 Mtr Breaking strength- 15.2 Ton one side folded black eye with thimble and pressed metal sleeve at 3 place.

02 Nos anchor rollers each in the stowage space of 03 Nos anchor required to be replaced with heavy duty SS/gun metal roller instead of MS roller. 03 Nos defective Anchor stowage frame be renewed. Roller at front side suitably arranged by increasing length, width and rope guard to avoid rope damage /torn off at anchorage. Anchor locks for 03 Nos anchors to be replaced.

Ship Side all Tyre required replacement and Hanging galvanized chain rusted required to be replaced with SS Chain with hock and nut with bolt as per fitting.

01 Nos port side Anchor required to be replaced.

PAINTING WORK Complete painting of whole vessel under water, all internal compartment, external decks, bulk heads, all FO tanks, FW tanks, sewage tank, void tank, and engine room as per painting scheme required to be done after preparing the surface by sand blasting. Draught Marks also be done. All pipes in the engine room and vessel to be painted according to colour code of type of fluid flow. Arrow markings indicating the direction of fluid flow required to be provided. BSF Monogram and national flag sticker pasted at appropriate place on vessel Stbd & Port side. Surface finishing done with high quality marine grade metal putty where ever required. Under water portion of blocks of dry dock be painted by shifting the blocks suitably without damaging the hull before undocking. Painting scheme enclosed as Annexure-“A”. Note:- Outer hull surface preparation SA 2.5 standard prior to panting required to be carried out. All internal tanks and compartment surface preparation prior to painting to be carried out as per paint manufacturer recommendation. Painting should be done in presence of paint inspector of paint OEM. Under water anti fouling paint should be certified by the paint inspector and certified for 5 years warranty/Guarantee

BATTERIES All batteries of on board vessels required to be replaced with new. Details of batteries are under. a. Emergency Batteries- 02 Nos (12v x 200 AHC) tubular batteries (Amaron /Exide) b. Main Engines -04 Nos. (12v x 19 plate) 150 AHC (Exide) c. DG Set – 04 Nos. (12v x 25 plate) 180 AHC (Exide) d. Comn set Up - 02 Nos. (12v x 13 plate) 88 AHC (Exide)

24 volt panel and charging system & transformer required to be serviced and Testing required to be carried out for its appropriate functioning.

6.1.2 HYBRID INVERTER:- Latest version 01 Hybrid inverter (Off Grid ) with maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology, output capacity 50 KW with charging system directly from DG and solar charging system panel energy of 20 - 30 KW ( Latest version flexible bipoler solar panel capacity may be increased more as per space available on board vessel canopy/awning . This hybrid inverter shall be connected to all vessels equipment’s (Excluding cooking range (Hot plate), davit motor, bildge & anchor winch motor) with proper distribution system with all accessories through main distribution box at engine room.  Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) or advance technology more than 250AH Batteries  Fast charging system  Back up for 20 Hrs battery capacity to be catered more than 400 KW capacity.  All system should be marine application min IP 65 Rating ( ingress protection against Water & Dust )  System/batteries should have proper thermal stability and flame retardant properties for fire/explosion resistance etc.  Class approval certificate to be obtained.  The guarantee/warranty of the solar panel to access post guarantee/warranty of repair works. i. Guarantee/warranty of solar panel with complete details/invoice. ii. Battery Guarantee/Warranty details. iii. Hybrid Inventor Guarantee/Warranty details

BATH ROOM Defective panel portion at Toilet of VIP room, Captain cabin, both SOs cabin and Jawan toilets side wall be renewed.

All defective portion MS pipe fittings of all Toilets and Bathrooms (05 Nos) to be replaced with heavy duty (high density) CPVC pipe line. (I.e. defective pipelines from overhead syntax tanks to bathroom/toilet should be changed to CPVC.

Defective flush lever of all existing toilets to be changed with lever system type of same size.

Defective Water Taps (Jaguar brand) required to be installed instead of existing taps. All other taps to be serviced by changing washer and spindles etc.

06 Nos toilet closet of Jawan toilet required to be changed by new.

Defective tiles portion (05 Bath rooms), closets , Wash basin of bathrooms of VIP room, Captain cabin, , both SOs cabin, Jawan dining room and Jawan Toilet required to be replaced. Sufficient slop must be provided on the floor so that to drain the water while vessel is on float. All other area should be chemical cleaned properly.

Mirrors of all bathrooms are required to be replaced with new heavy duty box type mirror.

LIFE SAVING APPLIANCES All lifesaving appliances (buoys- 08 Nos , life jackets – 50 Nos , and signalling devices (rockets, flares) to be replaced as per boat plan. 01 No distress signal to be replaced

FIRE FIGHTING APPLIANCES: - All on-board fire extinguishers required to be replace with new. (Replaced fire extinguisher to be of the same type, capacity and rating)

Defective Fire hose Flanges, fittings, clamps, gaskets, nut and bolts to be replaced

Fire Hydrants to be repaired.

Pressure testing of all fire lines to be carried out

All Fire hose pipes with Nozzle required to be servicing.

Existing fire hose box 05 Nos required to be fabricated with heavy duty FRP box and clamped properly at their existing place.

Existing fire alarm buzzer in engine room and wheel house to be thoroughly tested and to be made operational. Smoke detectors to be installed in each cabin/room i.e. officer room. VIP room, SOs cabin, SOs dining, ORs Barrack, ORs dining, galley, Kote, magazine, bosun store, engine room etc with central alarm system in Jawan cabin, main deck and wheel house.

Existing Fire Alarm to be repaired and made operational

Defective Fire hose be replaced with new.

PORT HOLES 10 Nos. port holes frames rusted same to be repaired, chipped, renewed and painted..

AIR PIPES Wasted Air Pipes (Goose Neck type) and their closing flaps, Booby Hatch covers frozen cleats/clips and lips for retaining packing to be repaired. Repair be carried out and Check the packing and water tightness.

RUBBER PACKING/GASKETS All Rubber packing/Gasket of Forward and aft booby hatch covers (total 4 Nos.) all windows/doors, all man holes, port holes and all air tight tank to be replaced to ensure water tightness. All doors on weather deck retaining channels found wasted. to be renewed as required.

EMBARKATION LADDER Embarkation ladder (4 Nos.) required to be replaced

HOT PLATE SYSTEM All hot plate system 04 Nos and its arrangement required to be renewed. Defective hot plates, coils, wiring, switches etc be serviced. Replace the non-repairable parts.

Additional 01 no heavy duty commercial Induction cooker( reputed brand) top with cooking utensils for making tea, coffee, soup, boiling milk, etc required to be provided

LIGHT & FIXTURES Defective light & fixtures on the outer deck are required be replaced with LED lights and new light fixture.

Main deck forward side and aft side 02 Nos each additional 100 watts water proof LED Light with box, MCB and also required to be provided with cover with proper fitting

Jawan Cabin bunk light required to be replaced with LED Lights.

All tube light be replaced by LED lighting system.

All existing DC bulbs and sockets to be replaced with DC LED light.

FANS All bunk fans required to be servicing. Non repairable to be replaced.

WIND SCREEN GLASS 09 No wind screen glass in the Wheel House front & Port, STBD required to be replaced with new for clear visibility, all have scratches and supports, should be replaced. Wheel house wind screen 09 Nos (5 Front, 02 Port & 02 STBD) position to placed 8” down to the existing position to make clear visibility of master. All the defective rubber/Aluminium packing are required to be replaced and ensure weather tightness

KOTE/STORE  STBD side store (Kote) to be divided into 02 portions with ventilation by providing partition of ply wood/ Fibre / metal sheet with separate door for magazine and Kote/store.  Port side store to divide in to 2 portions with ventilation and separate door.  The Store should be provided with all around rack and middle line 4 tier adjustable racks to be provided as required by BSF. The Kote should be provide with wooden racks open type for 50 Nos of weapons/rifle, wooden pistol box with rod lock for 04 Nos pistol, search light wooden racks with charging points and Binocular wooden rack/box with sufficient heating arrangement inside the wooden box to reduce the moisture contents as required/suggested by BSF.

RACKS OF GALLEY All small drawers of galley working table to be removed and open self be made with SS plate to minimize insect and proper hygiene/complete cleaning etc.

INTERIORS. All Floor mat (including wheel house) of FBOP required to be replaced by PVC Lelonium 2 mm sheet superior quality with proper layout. The mat should be layed after plain finish of the floor.

Defective wall and ceiling panelling and plywood of all cabins is required to be replaced with new.

Additional socket to be fitted in each Jawan bunk for charging of mobile phones/laptops etc.

All insulation be checked and defective portions to be changed

TVRO (TELEVISION RECEIPT ONLY) New TVRO system MODEL- SUPER TRACK S6, Make- KNS along with Tata Play/ Airtel DTH with one year subscription English & Hindi required to be installed in FBOP for recreation/updating of information /news purpose of troops.

All TV/LED connection checked and defective cable required to be replaced. TV/LED required to be replaced if defective.

MISCELLANEOUS (EXTERNAL FITMENTS Sofa sets complete repair, re-polishing by removing complete existing paint/ polish. Cushion with cover need replacement in officer dining and VIP room.

01 Washing Machine placed Jawan Bathroom required to be servicing.

38 Nos of superior quality bunk cushion cover required to be provided for existing cushion.

12 Nos pillow with pillow cover, towel hand small - 10 Nos , Big Towel-12 Nos , Blankets- 200 Cm x 220 Cm (double ply)- 01 No and white bed sheet single - 40 Nos superior quality required to be provided.

All furniture required to polish. All almirah inside painting. All defective / damage cushion / cushion cover need replacement.

Aluminium sliding door of wheel house comn room required to be replaced with heavy duty door with aluminium superior quality glass.

12 Nos Supreme ornate cushion chair (Red cover) required to be provided

01 New Ro Plant Make-AQUA BLUE, Model-RO- 250 LPH Capacity, required to be installed in front of galley area.

01 No. additional wooden door with auto closing equipment required to be installed at the inner side of Jawan cabin.

All 12 Nos door locks are required to be replaced new (Godrej make). All almirah locks to be replaced.

All navigational and electrical/electronic equipment, exposed to open environment to be provided with SRF canvas cover

Wheel House door and heavy duty automatic hydraulic door closer to be replaced.

For Deck cleaning, high pressure washer Aken Make, Power 1800W or equivalent (car wash type) to be provided.

01 Laptop 13th generation Intel “Core” i7 processor Windows 11pro with lager Jet printer required to be provided in FBOP to maintain the record of vessels.

Window curtain in all cabins, VIP, Captain, SO Cabin, officer dining hall, Top deck Coy Comndr room window required new.

All man hole of FW, FO, Void, Ballast tanks rubber packing to be changed, wasted portion to be renewed.

Intercom need to be serviced and make operational.

04 Nos wipers required replacement

All defective Steel wire meshes /nets of all ventilations required to be renewed /replaced.

i. 02 electric iron (heavy duty) ii. Electric Kettle 1 Ltr 04 Nos iii. Thermos 1 Ltrs -04 Nos Required to be provided of branded firm.

Wipers are required to be replaced with new.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM All switch board and electrical line wiring to be checked and defective items replaced, servicing and made operational

02 Nos step down transformer to be serviced.

Shore supply connection required to be serviced and check its function.

02 Nos Hot water Geysers in Galley and jawan bathroom required to be serviced

Instant hot water 04 Nos geysers (5 Ltr capacity) required to be serviced 01 No at Captain room, 01 No VIP room, 02 Nos SOs room

02 Nos Appx 500 Ltrs Deep Freezer are required to be serviced.

01 Nos. refrigerators 256 Ltrs. refrigerator located at galley required to be serviced. If not repairable provide new one. 02 Nos 90 Ltrs. refrigerators and its base required to be removed from captain & VIP cabin.

01 No. 65 KW commercial silent new DG set (Kriloskar Cummins make) along with all accessories and control panel required to be provided in floating BOP Kamakhya for use in emergent situation. The Guarantee/Warrantee card alongwith copy of invoice of respective make be provided to BSF to access Guarantee/Warrantee service of OEM. OBS Like- Fuel filter, Lub Oil filter, Belt, etc. for 2000 run Hrs required to be provided. This OBS will be used in Guarantee/Warrantee and subsequent maintenance.

DOCKING AND PILOTING / INSPECTION CHARGES (Inspection charges including IRS fees) Piloting charges from Base Wksp WW BSF Hasnabad to dry dock yard and back including cost of fuel required to be mentioned

Cost of Docking and keeping vessels on dock for completion of repair work & un-Docking etc.

Cost of insurance (For complete cost of vessel)

Inspection charges including IRS fees. IRS to be certified scope of work Srl no. 1,2,3,4,9,10,11,12,15,16,17,18(iii) 20, and 21. IRS should verify the USG report and witness sea/ full power trial alongwith BSF BOO. Firm should intimate the every visit of IRS well in advance so that BSF representative also accompany the visit accordingly.

ANTICIPATED SCOPE OF WORK FOR UNDER WATER HULL PORTION 100% under water hull required to be visually surveyed. Structure graded critical required to be surveyed/inspected with the help of ultrasonic equipment. Particular attention to be paid to the hull plating in the vicinity of propellers, shaft. Boot top areas (including wind and water areas), inlets/outlets and areas in the vicinity of keel which rests closely on dock blocks for sign of corrosion and damage i.e breakdown of paint, dent, pinholes, cracks, etc. Indentation on the shell plating be closely examined taking into consideration the effect on the structural strength and eddy raising current. The permissible limits of distortions /indentation on the plates are to be guided structural Drawings of vessel. All under water sea suction strainer and fittings to be checked and serviced. Any dent of plate of under water to be renewed. Sacrificial anodes fitted to underwater hull, rudders propeller, inlets and outlets, sea tubes bilges and void spaces required to be properly inspected and renewed. Deteriorated anodes to be renewed. Qty- 30 nos, Size 2 feet x 4-inch x 2.5 inch Note: - Any repair / maintenance work arrived during dry dock will be considered and form part of the scope of work

ON BOARD SPARES (OBS) REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE OF MAIN ENGINES, DG SET , AND OTHER EQUIPMENT’S FITTED IN FBOP MAIN ENGINE (OBS) Fuel filter, Lub Oil filter, Belt, etc. for 1000 run Hrs required to be provided. This OBS will be used in Guarantee/Warrantee and subsequent maintenance. DIESEL GENERATOR SET (OBS) Fuel filter, Lub Oil filter, Belt, etc. for 2000 run Hrs required to be provided. This OBS will be used in Guarantee/Warrantee and subsequent maintenance. Automatic Voltage Regulator of DG set - 01 No DAVITS AND BOAT CRADLES (OBS) – Davit rope - 04 Nos.
