M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof/sunken slab/wall, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/ non approachable RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall( horizontal/vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :-(a) Cleaning existing surface properly with wire brush & applying 10 mm thick plaster /rendering in cement mortar (1:3)mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg of cement (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.50 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /sqm over APP Membrane.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ - 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm), Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket, 1.2 +-0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system, Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (A) Area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each including door espag, lever door handle, centre striker, 3D hinge, glazing bridge and silicon sealant.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ - 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 +-0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder, Door transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) [and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame with coating layer of minImum 50 micron thick for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc & powder coated aluminium grill of size 50mm x50mm size of mesh and 6mm dia fixed complete all as specified and driected.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in steps,jambs, pillar,window cill,cooking platforms and like, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) etc including dismantling of existing slab complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismatling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, and removal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed
