Mobilization of all materials, labour & T & O for boring and washing of test pit of size 150mm dia by sludging process including collection of UDS cohesive soil only) & S.P.T samples in each 1.5mtr depth interval to find value of 'N' and testing of UDS sample for determination of different properties of soil like sieve analysis, Atterberg's limit,C-value, Bulk density, SBC calculation etc & recommendation of foundation alongwith soil test report in triplicate including all leads,lift dalifts labour charges, hire charges & transportation of machineries, dewatering when every necessary labour cess, taxes of all materials etc complete as direction of Engineer-in charge(total -02 Nos of bore hole upto 30 mtr each or upto refusal strata). (i) Compression (ii) uplift (iii) lateral load (iv) Expansive pressure at raft level and other levels pile capacity of under reamed piles and long piles (both frictional resistance and end resistance) and chemical analysis of soil as well as water shall be done and submitted Recommendation for following is to be submitted :- (i) Type of foundation required based on soil profile. (ii) Recommended pile capacities. (iii) Recommendations regarding type of cement to be used (iv)Determintion water level during mansoon & quality of water. Note :- Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all material cost labour cost transportation costs, GST and all other taxes cesses, levies and all other costs as applicable.
Digging of trial pit and conductiong plate load test as per relevant IS:1888 at depth of 2.5 mtr below the natural ground level including back filling after test using 30cmX30cm plate including cost of sand and submission of the test report including mobilization charges. Note :- Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all material cost labour cost transportation costs, GST and all other taxes cesses, levies and all other costs as applicable.
