M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 25 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 etc., complete all as per SSR and as directed by EIC

M&L Rendering 20mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 etc., complete all as per SSR and as directed by EIC

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc., complete all as per SSR and as directed by EIC
