Brick work with sub class B Brick straight or curved on plan n exc 6m radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in, built in CM 1:4 but except bricks complete all as specified.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings complet all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified.

M&L for Cement Conrete 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass conrete complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and in bed of drains complete all as specified.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 as in sub base all as specified and driected by Engr in Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 as in sub base all as specified and driected by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping / benching etc including necessary formwork / moulds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 brought upto courses complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 but except stone complete all as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum despression from a straight edge held against the surface not exceeding 40mm dressing on sand stone complete all as specified.

Raised pointing to random rubble walling uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.
