Annual maintenance contract of Weighbridge of Bhurkunda Colliery

Amount

AMC including Annual Verification and Stamping of 02 (Two) No. 50 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at Mine A and Mine B of Bhurkunda Colliery. Scope: a) Maintenance and Electrical Protection of Digitizer, Junction Boxes, Communication Cables (From Digitizer to Weighment PC and from Digitizer to RFID PC) and Connectors (Digitizer and Computer Communication Cable Connectors, Power Connectors, Load Cell Cable Connectors). Repair and/or Replacement of any or all the above items due to any disturbance viz. Voltage and/or Frequency Disturbance, Earthing Disturbance, Lightening and/or Thundering, Mechanical Damages etc shall be within the Scope of the AMC. Repairing and/or Replacement of Digitizer Motherboard, LED/LCD Display and/or Board, Power Supply Unit and Transformer, Communication Unit, any other Unit/Board/IC within and about the Digitizer damaged due to any disturbance viz. Voltage/Frequency Disturbances, Earthing Disturbances, Lightening/Thundering, Mechanical Damages etc shall be within the Scope of the AMC. b) Periodic (Bi-monthly) Maintenance and Cleaning of above Equipment. c) Periodic Calibration as and when required by the CCL/LMO (Legal Metrology Officer). d) Annual Verification and Stamping of 02 Nos. of 50MT Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at Mine A and Mine B of Bhurkunda Colliery. The job will include timely Generation and Provision of Online Demand Note for Verification and Stamping Fees, Liasioning with the Legal Metrology Inspector, Hazaribagh for issue of Date for Stamping and Verification, supervision and service during Annual Verification and Stamping, and for timely Issue of Stamping Certificate. e) Repairing and/or replacement of Load Cells and Load Cell Cables due to any reason except Lightening/Thundering/Mechanical Fatigue Failure. f) Any requirement of unskilled manpower as well as Jack ( <5T), Crane, Sling etc will be within the Scope of CCL. g) Any Statutory fees payable for Annual Verification and Stamping will be borne by CCL.

Cleaning, Testing, Adjustment of 1666 Nos. of 20 kg each CI Test Weights for Annual Verification and Stamping of 02 Nos. of 50 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at Mine A and Mine B of Bhurkunda Colliery for the year 2024-25 which is due in January Qtr. 2024. Scope: a) Annual Verification and Stamping is a statutory work which is due in the January Qtr. 2024. The AMC holder will be responsible for timely and successful execution of Cleaning, Testing, Adjustment of 1666 Nos. of 20 kg each CI Test Weights for subsequent Annual Verification and Stamping of 02 Nos. of 50 MT Electronic Road Weighbridge as indicated at Sl. No. 1.

Replacement of Load Cells (34T Capacity or similar electrically and mechanically compatible Load Cell with Fitment Guarantee), on as and when required basis during the 01 (One) Year AMC Period. (04 No.’s of 34T Load Cells , For Damages due to Thundering/Lightening/Mechanical Fatigue Failure only) ₹ 29,700.00 only (ex. GST) for each 34T capacity load cell . (The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption)

Replacement of Load Cells ( 30T Capacity or similar electrically and mechanically compatible Load Cell with Fitment Guarantee), on as and when required basis during the 01 (One) Year AMC Period. ( 06 No.'s of 30T Load Cells, For Damages due to Thundering/Lightening/Mechanical Fatigue Failure only) @ ₹ 17,000.00 only (ex. GST) for each 30T capacity load cell. (The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption)

Repairing of Digitizer as and when required for 02 Nos. of 50 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at Mine A and Mine B of Bhurkunda Colliery, B-S Area.

Providing and fitting of Junction Box and Display board as and when required in both Road Weighbridge installed at Mine A and Mine B of Bhurkunda Colliery.
