Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris off the MD land.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (as second layer) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 ( as first layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, including mixing only water proofing compound in second coat as per manufacturer's instruction. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls including a coat of cement based wall care putty

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surface including pilaster/cornices etc and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Note:- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface including brooming down / steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spouts and cleaning with water complete and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over chalk whiting

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint

Demolition of existing lime concrete/PCC padding of any thickness and description laid over RCC roof/Chajjas etc, cleaning and washing of roof with water to remove dust etc to receive waterproofing treatment including removal of debris out side MD land

Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts of any description etc, and removal of debris off MD land complete all as directed and as specified

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions and finishing the surface fair and even. Note:- Waterproofing compound will be measured & Paid separately

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing the edge / corner of Chajja / roof projection and similar work by removing plaster width / girth exc 200mm but not exc 300mm and making good with 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 150 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

S&F tubes 20 mm bore medium grade 'galvanised' with and including all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors.

Refixing old 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) Note : Old serviceable water tubing retrieved from taking down here-in-before shall be used. The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n.exc 500 litres , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n.exc 1000 litres , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Supply and fix in repair 500 liters capacity white colour triple layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete.

Supply and fix in repair 1000 liters capacity white colour triple layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete.

M&L for Cleaning of HDPE service water tank of capacity exc 500 litre but not exc 1000 litre and the connected circulating pipes at any position by removing sludge, mud, moss, moulds, efflorescent salts, oil spots etc or any other foreign material from the bottom, cover and internal surfaces by scraping using wire brush, draining out the water from the tank and washing internally with water & bleaching powder (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mixed in 1 litre water) and again draining out the water from the tank and writing the date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
